As of April 2008, we can ship to most unconfirmed paypal addresses. We reserve the right to refuse payments from certain countries. If you have any questions about how to confirm your address, please visit PayPal's help center.
International customers have a variety of options to make payments. We accept paypal and American Express cards over the phone - call us at 718-998-6666 to make a payment. We also accept Money Orders or Bank Checks (please make the funds available in US Dollars). We can also help you arrange a Bank Wire Transfer. (A $25 fee applies to International Bank Transfers). Orders are processed each day Monday through Friday. If your payment is received after 3:30 P.M. E.S.T. or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and get them ready for shipment. Once shipped (usually within 24-48 hours of receipt of your payment) we then e-mail you a UPS tracking number. You may view the shipping status of your order by visiting: www.ups.com and entering your tracking number.
We ship all of our items via UPS (and US Postal Service upon request and for P.O. Box addresses). FedEx is available too. All of our items ship under our own UPS and FedEx shipping accounts, no exceptions.
After your order has been processed and shipped, UPS usually takes 2-7 days to arrive. If you need your item faster (or even overnight!), expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us for express shipping quotes.
The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly stated on the checkout page. The fees cover UPS Ground delivery with insurance for the full value of the product. Since we are a New York company we are required by state law to charge sales tax when shipping to New York State addresses only. Tax rates vary depending on which county we're shipping to. If you live in New York state, please add the appropriate sales tax to your purchase price. Failure to do so will result in a delay of shipping.

Sorry, but we're just not equipped to allow individual customers to pick up merchandise. We pride ourselves on our rapid turnaround time and almost everything ships out within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment.

Due to credit card regulations pertaining to credit card fraud, please be advised that all products will be shipped only to the billing address where you receive your credit card statement. Checks and Money Orders do not require a confirmed address.
