I hate rules just like the next guy but there's always people that have to spoil it for everyone. 

My Terms and Conditions:

Paypal preferred - I will also accept money order and cashier check.  If paying by money order or cashier check, please let me know within 24 hours of auction closing.

Serious Bids ONLY!!  Payment is to be received within SEVEN days of auction ending.  If this is not possible, please contact me to make other arrangements.  If no contact has been made after the 3rd day of auction ending, the item may be offered to the next highest bidder or re-listed at the sellers sole discretion.  An eBay non-payer notice will be sent and negative feedback will be left for the buyer.

If I don't have a flat rate shipping cost listed, please use the shipping calculator to determine your shipping cost.  I always use USPS Delivery Confirmation; if you would like the number, please ask.  I will be happy to provide it for you.  If you would like to ship a different method, I will be happy to work with you.  Please let me know when the auction ends.

I can combine shipping & give a discount off the shipping cost for multiple items purchased within a 3 day period (given on each item after the first) on many items. If you intend on bidding on several items, please let me know to see what items qualify for the combined shipping, then to get the discount please wait to checkout when all auctions that you are bidding on have closed & I will send you a consolidated invoice with the discount applied. VERY IMPORTANT: YOU MUST PAY FOR ALL ITEMS AT THE SAME TIME.

Insurance is optional - I take no responsiblity for lost or damaged items by the mail but when Insurance is purchased, I will help with any claim.

Sales Tax - By law, I am required to collect sales tax on all auction items with a delivery address in Arizona.

All items ship by the next business day after payment is received and has cleared.

Additional pictures are always available upon request.

All sales are considered final unless item is misrepresented.  Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances. Item must be returned in condition it was sent & in the original packaging. You will need to contact me before returning for a RMA number. If buyer does not purchase insurance and item is lost or broken when received no refund will be given. Return shipping is paid by buyer. Also, please note that I will not accept returns for Cell Phones and Cell Phone Accessories. If your item is defective, please contact the manufacturer. All sales for these items are final.

However please note all delivery times are estimated. Items are subject to availability and status can change at any time. Occasionally an item will become unavailable or backordered and in the event that this should happen we will notify you by email offering a complete refund, including shipping, and/or you will be given the option of back ordering the item if the item is still available.
