About JK Sports Extreme Outdoors
JK Sports, Inc. is a multi-faceted, family-owned company operating in a 13,500 sq. ft. building. We have a retail store, offices, embroidery dept., screenprinting dept., and manufacturing dept. all in this 1 building. We currently have 20 employees between all departments. The customers we service are individuals, teams & businesses all over the United States.

Shipping
Shipping Methods
- We ship most orders to physical addresses via UPS.
- Smaller items are shipped USPS Priority.
- P.O. Box address deliveries including APO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are only offered to customers without a physical delivery address.
- All international orders are shipped either USPS Priority or USPS Global Express.
- All standard orders that are not part of any FREE Shipping promotions are shipped and charged based on a flat rate shipping charge.
- Some larger or multiple item orders may add more shipping or freight charges and notification will be given at the time the shipping method is selected.
- Any orders placed for items with FREE Shipping promotions will default to that shipping type automatically. Please change or upgrade your shipping type to the appropriate type before checkout if you so desire, exact shipping options and their corresponding charges will be stated prior to completion of your order.
Shipping Times
All orders placed prior to 3:00 p.m. CST will usually ship the same day, but can take up to 24 hours to ship. Any orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST on Friday will usually be shipped the following non-holiday Monday.
UPS only picks up shipments Monday thru Friday. Weekends and Holidays are not counted as transit times for any shipments except Saturday Delivery designated orders. All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on the following Monday providing that they do not fall under the category of Holidays. Non-Air Transit times may vary depending on shipping method and the destination of your order.
Refused Deliveries
Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping cost plus return shipping to us.
Payments
We accept payment online by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Echecks, and Money orders. If you would like to place an order and pay by Money order please call us at 1-218-739-5299 to place that order. Echecks take 4-5 days to clear.

If you are mailing an order to us please be sure to include not only the item you are ordering, but all the essential shipping and contact information we may need to process your order. The best way to be sure we have all the information we need to ship your order is to place all the items you want in your shopping basket and fill out the shipping info, then print the pages and mail them along with your payment to our address.
