Payment Method
**All payments need to go through the "Andale Checkout"
to prevent delay and to expedite your shipment***
Multiple
auction bidders, just wait till all of your winning auctions end and
complete the Andale Checkout procedure from the most recently email
that you received from us.
Payment
methods: Money order, cashier check, personal check (hold 7 days
until clear), Paypal.com (e-check will hold until clear).

**TERMS AND CONDITIONS**
Buyer assumes all risk and liability arising
from unloading, discharge, storage, handling and use of the products
listed herein, including risks of damage resulting from use of such
products either alone or in combination with other substances.
Purchase of this product is an agreement by the purchaser/user to hold
all sellers and manufacturers harmless of all liabilities or damages.
The purchaser/user assumes all responsibility for the use or misuse of
this product. Slight modification may be needed on some products.
After modification, Buyer resumes all responsibility. Terms subject to change without notice.
Euro Clear
Lighting is produced for Off-road or Show purpose only. Euro Clear
lighting is not suitable for regular driving condition for it is
without "DOT" or "SAE" approval. User must follow the direction given
and any misuse of the Euro Clear Lighting products is at his or her
own risk. 4CAROPION.COM
will not be held responsible for using the euro clear lighting
products other than specified above.
**WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY**
Since all
sales are in auction format, ALL AUCTION SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds
are available, we can only issue an exchange for the following
reasons: INCORRECT QUANTITY or INCORRECT ITEM SHIPPED. Due to auction
format, ITEMS SOLD "AS IS". NO EXPRESS OF IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND
IS GRANTED TO THE BUYER. USER ASSUMES ALL RISKS & COSTS ASSOCIATED
WITH THE USE OF THESE PARTS & ACCESSORIES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO
RETRACT THE BID FROM BIDDER WITH NEGATIVE FEEDBACK OR NON-PAYING
HISTORY WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. BUYER has 10 BUSINESS DAYS to make an
exchange.
In order to return items
they must be unopened in their original packaging or they would be
considered unreliable or cannot be resold even if installed. This includes, but is not
limited to, no signs of being installed or mounted, no cut wires, no
scratches. It is the sole responsibility of the customer and/or
installer to confirm the correctness of size and application before
installation. Buyer must check before installation to see if all
electronic works such as headlight, tail light, the halo ring etc. Original Saleable Condition is determined solely by

Shipping & Handling Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTION. We are only
responsible for one-way Shipping & Handling Fees if we shipped the
WRONG ITEM or WRONG QUANTITY. Buyer assumes all responsibility
for shipping cost for all returns and exchanges. NO CALL TAGS
WILL BE ISSUED, UNLESS ITEM WAS SHIPPED INCORRECTLY OR WRONG QUANTITY. In the event of exchanging a defective product,
we will ship the replacement product to you free of charge. There is a
20% restocking fee for items ordered in error. Prices and terms subject to change without notice.
You must talk to one of our
representatives, who will issue you a RMA
(Return-Merchandise-Authorization) number. We only accept returns with

SHIPPING AND
HANDLING
U.S.
Residents
Buyer pays
shipping/handling charges, this amount is clearly listed in all of our
auctions. After the bidding is closed, you should know the total, by
adding the S/H to the final bid.
Products in most auctions are shipped UPS Ground *except* to Alaska,
Hawaii, military bases (that don't accept UPS shipments), and US
Territories. All UPS shipments have insurance. Prices quoted must be
revised if USPS priority shipping to these locations is requested. If
USPS priority mail is requested, will will put a delivery confirmation
and signature requirement on it. This will increase the postage cost.
We don't insure it since insurance claims take 60-90 days and no one
wants to wait that long. If you wish purchase insurance, please note
that length of time to claim it. Insurance usually amounts to $1/$50
value.
Handling is
incorporated into the cost of shipping, so please don't ask us for a
breakdown of the cost of packaging your order. We use extra boxes,
packing materials, and labor to have these go out safely.
Shipments
leave 4CAROPTION.COM between 2-4 days from receipt of payment. Since it
takes time to process payments, pack, etc., please allow the time.
Often times we can get it closer to 2 day, but if we're in a busy
time, please be patient. In rare circumstances, we can expedite
shipments for an extra handling cost, but we will let you know if what
you want done can be done within reason. We almost never ship
overnight in the same day since it doesn't allow us enough time to
pack & process. In addition, we have to verify orders for fraud since
most criminals prefer overnight shipping.
Refused or
undeliverable shipments are not grounds for a refund. The shipment, if
returned, will be held until a $10 handling fee and funds to cover
re-shipping are secured. Please use an address where someone will be
available to accept shipment to minimize problems. If an address
change occurs during a UPS shipment, through no fault of our own, we
expect you will honor a $5 charge (charged to us by UPS).
4CAROPTION.COM will
provide a delivery confirmation number (USPS) or tracking number (UPS)
for shipments upon request. Requests can be made 5 days after payment
(if paid by credit card or online) and 10 days if payment is mailed
in.
Business
days is defined as Monday through Friday excluding holidays and
weekends. Payments received during the weekend will count as being
paid on Monday. Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-5:30
Pacific Standard Time excluding recognized holidays.
In the
event that a legal proceeding is required to resolve any disputes or
indifferences, all claims and fillings must be made with West Covina
Municipal Court located in West Covina, California. The prevailing
party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and court costs.
