8. What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after
12:00 P.M. EST or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment. Once shipped (usually within 24-48 hours of confirmation of your payment) we then e-mail you a UPS
Tracking Number or a USPS Deliver Confirmation Number. You may view the shipping status of your order by visiting

USPS.com
and entering your tracking or deliver
confirmation number respectively.

9. What shipping methods do you have available?
We ship all of our items via UPS or USPS. All of our items
ship under our own UPS or USPS account, no exceptions.

After your order has been processed and shipped, UPS usually takes 1-6 business days to deliver. [Ground Shipping Delivery Time] - If you need your item faster (or even overnight), expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Quotes will be available at the time of checkout.

Since we are a Pennsylvania company, we are required by state law to charge
6.00% sales tax when shipping to Pennsylvania state addresses only.
The buyer is responsible to pay tax to the state.

14. What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?
If a package arrives damaged, please hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by UPS
or USPS. You may call UPS Customer Service at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877)
or USPS Customer Service at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) and contact us immediately. If your shipment does not arrive when anticipated, you must also contact UPS Customer Service
or USPS Customer Service and our offices immediately.

Checks and Money Orders do not require a confirmed address.
Sales Tax
A 6.00% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to a Pennsylvania address.
Sales tax is calculated only on the extended price (unit price x quantity)
