...begins with a single step.
The problem with collecting comics is that it is like an addicting disease. You didn't know you were on a journey of 1000 miles, barefoot.
For starteres I have a terrific Amazing Spider-Man collections . Anybody can take a peak at the following site:

I completed the ASM to my basic satisfaction about two years ago. I then began to turn my attention to other areas of interest. I happen to have one of the few complete Marvel 30 Cent variant runs in existence. I happen to havethe highest quality, albeit incomplete, Marvel 35 cent variant collection.
My interests have been quite eclectic. I am cuurntly working on complete sets of the following:
Kid Colt Outlaw
Two Gun Kid
Our Love Story-Nearly complete
My Love-Nearly Complete
Sgt Fury
Captain Marvel (silver age)-These are getting expensive in high grade
EC Tales From The Crypt-50% plus complete
EC Haunt of Fear-50% plus complete
EC Vault of Horror-50% plus complete
I have just completed full runs of both Amazing Adventures (1961) and Amaziong Adult Fantasy, completing the entire Ditko series from Amazing Adventures 1 all the way to Amazing Spider-Man 200.
I am also working hard at acquiring what I consider to be the top 100 comics of all times. I see this potentially taking me 10 or more years. If anybody happens to run into a copy of The Yellow Kid in McFadden Flats , please give me a holler!
As of now I have almost 20 of the top 100. Top needs are simply expensive and will take time.
I recently began to collect Four Color and am looking to collect series one and series two, up to at least 100.
