I am a stay at home mom who occasionally sells used toys that my kids have outgrown and at Christmas, I sell new toys that I find that are hot items.   I am a reliable seller.  I always ship out immediately upon cleared payment and have NEVER had bad feedback from a buyer.  The only negative feedback that I have ever received is from a seller who retaliated for me leaving NEUTRAL feedback over a purchase (I did not notice in the small print of a massive listing that the camera I purchased was refurbished).  I say that it was spiteful because it was a buy it now transaction the I paid for immediately, they had no reason to leave negative feedback.  I did learn from my inexperience.  I try to be very clear in my listings and have become very careful when purchasing from a ebay professional "Power Seller" retailer.
