I sell a mixture of mostly pre-loved and some new with tags clothing items.  I have a bit of a passion for pretty clothing and have found a huge amount of joy perusing the Palm Beaches for incredible finds to offer my wonderful eBay customers!

I list accurate measurements in each auction.  To insure proper fit, please compare these measurements to a garment you already own that fits you well.  Remember that these measurements are those of the garment being measured, not those of the body that should fit into it. Be mindful of how you like your clothing to fit your body before purchasing.

I try to give as much information about every item as I can in the listing, but if there is anything you still have questions about, please ask!  I'll try to get back to you within 24 hours - but please allow a couple of days as I may not be at the computer, especially on the weekends!

International shipping will only be done with Priority Mail International.  I realize this is not the most cost effective method, but it is the only method that insures that both parties will receive protection through PayPal.  I will not budge on this policy, so please do not ask.

I'm fairly easy going but I've learned not to allow myself to be bullied when it comes to eBay.  If you need extra time to pay I'm generally fine with an extra few days or even a week if you're really nice to me. :)  However, please do not write me hundreds of words about all of the hardships in your life.  I don't need to know all that and it won't keep me from filing with eBay if you do not pay.  It's all in the name of running my business, it's nothing personal and it's not because I'm a heartless witch.  If you're life really is falling apart around you, a strike on your eBay account is the least of your worries.

Keep in mind that I am human and I can make mistakes.  Since the vast majority of my items are used, there are occasionally issues that I miss.  If you receive an item that you are unhappy with, please let me know before leaving feedback.  I will do my best to make sure you're happy with our transaction.

Blah Blah Blah!  I know it seems like a LOT of stuff to read but here's where I get down into the nitty gritty details of my policies! 

QUESTIONS AND EMAIL: Most information necessary to make a good purchasing decision can be found in the auction description.  I always list measurements and try to take pictures of the item at several different angles, any flaws, and all labels and tags to give my buyers as much information about the items as I know myself.  I do my best to get to emails as quickly as possible but there are some days I don't sit down to the computer at all!  Therefore, please allow me up to 48 hours to answer your questions and emails.  If you do not receive a reply from me within 48 hours please check your SPAM folder or feel free to email me again. :) Computers are rarely perfect!

CONDITION: I sell a mix of new and previously owned items.  Condition will be noted in the listing and all flaws will be noted.  If I have failed to note some flaw, please contact me and I will be happy to work with you.  Although my home is pet and smoke free, I cannot guarantee that some of my items have not previously been in a pet or smoke filled environment. I will note if I notice any odd smells in my auctions. For previously owned items, I usually have no way to know when they were last worn or how many times they were worn, but I do try to give an accurate description of what condition they are in. I wash and spot clean items as necessary but I typically do not take items to the dry cleaner. In my opinion, this only adds another round of wear and tear on a garment when most buyers choose to have the items cleaned upon receipt.  If you would like your item dry cleaned before shipping, please add an additional $14.00 to your total. This charge is increased for leather items and suits. I describe conditions as follows:

New with tags - New, never worn, with retail tags still attached. At times the retail tags are torn or tattered, but still attached to the garment.
New without tags - New, never worn, without retail tags attached. I will only rate a garment this way if I have removed the tags myself or if the item is obviously unworn due to some noticeable characteristic.
Like new - Garment shows no signs of wear and is possibly new.
Excellent - Garment has been worn and shows signs of wear and/or laundering but has no flaws or fading. Garment may need pressing or cleaning due to storage.
Very Good - Garment has been worn and shows signs of wear and/or laundering. It may have a flaw or fading which can either be repaired or is difficult to notice, all of which will be shown and described in the listing. Garment may need pressing or cleaning due to storage.
Fair - Garments in less than "Very Good" condition are rarely listed unless they are collectors items or vintage. Garment has some major flaw that either cannot be repaired or is obvious when worn.

SHIPPING: Shipping charges are disclosed in every auction.  For United States buyers shipping for items purchased within a 7 day time period will be combined as the highest priced shipping charge + $2 for each additional item.  If you are waiting for other items to close before combining shipments please DO NOT PAY for your items until one combined invoice has been sent. Insurance and delivery confirmation is included on all shipments.

International shipments are based on weight and are combined accordingly.  All shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail International, please do not request a different shipping service.  Insurance and delivery confirmation is included on all shipments.  Customs forms will all be filled out according to the value paid at auction.  Any taxes or duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  I do not mark packages as "GIFT", please do not request this.  Shipping for International items can be calculated by using the shipping calculator available by clicking on the "More Services" link. If you have any problems using this calculator, please contact me for an accurate shipping quote.

Items are shipped within 7 days of payment.  I ship as often as is possible and frequently items are shipped within 48 hours of payment but this is not guaranteed.  If you need your item shipped speedily, please let me know and I will place a rush on your package.  International and APO addresses take longer for me to process and therefore do not usually ship as quickly as domestic packages.

I can ship via Express Mail for an additional charge but I will not guarantee it personally.  There are many areas that USPS will not guarantee overnight delivery for and I have found that this causes much confusion for customers.  I am shipping from zip code 33414.  It is up to the buyer to receive clarification from the post office that your zip code is eligible for overnight delivery from my zip code.  If you choose to upgrade your package to Express Mail you must confirm it with me via email BEFORE bidding and payment must be received by 12 pm on the day that your item needs to be shipped.

I do not allow any local pickups.

PAYMENT: Payment by PayPal is due within 7 days of auction close.  Please contact me if this will be a problem.  I WILL file an unpaid item dispute if I have not heard from you and I have not received payment within 7 days. 

I accept PayPal only due to eBay's recent rule changes.

RETURNS: Returns will be accepted if postmarked within 3 days of your receipt of the item. All measurements are listed in every auction. Please contact me if you have additional questions.

FEEDBACK: My system will automatically leave you positive feedback once it is received.  If you have already left feedback and my system somehow does not leave you feedback in return, please just let me know and I'll be happy to manually do it. If you have a problem with your item, please contact me and I will do my best to make you a happy 4sale-by-jayde customer!
