Do you offer local pick-up?

No, for safety and security reasons we don't offer local pick-ups.
All of our items are shipped!

Our shipping policies are as follows: 

  • Our shipping prices are for the Continental US. Outside the Continental 48 United States shipping will be higher. This means Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
  • We Ship all of our Packages via Fed-Ex, UPS, USPS or DHL. We solely reserve the right to choose the Carrier. 
  • Shipping Rates are as listed on the Auction.
  • No APO or FPO address. Customers with these addresses must have items shipped within the Continental US. 
  • All Freight Claims must be settled with the Freight Carrier before issuing refunds.
  • If you do Not Agree with our Terms & Conditions, Payment Methods, Shipping & Handling Fees, or Return Policy, Please Do Not Bid on our Auctions.

Do you offer Combined Shipping?      

Yes, we combine shipping on most items.

Our combined shipping is as follows: We charge the full shipping amount on the highest shipping charge,
then all other shipping prices are reduced by $2 off the regular shipping price of that item.

Do you offer International Shipping?

No, we do not offer international shipping.

Do you offer Military Shipping such as APO or FPO?

No, due to problems with tracking numbers we will no longer ship to military addresses.

If you have made a bid and used one of these addresses you will be required to provide us with an alternate U.S. shipping address such as a family member or friend that is within the Continental U.S. that the item can be shipped to as this was part of our terms and conditions.

What are my Payment Options?

We accept Checks, Money Orders and PayPal.

Be sure to include your E-Bay user id, the item number, name and address you want it shipped to, and your phone number or email address in case of emergency.

What condition are your items in?

All of our items are Brand New purchased by us directly from the manufacturer.

They come in the original packaging with any and all written warranties.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns. Buyer must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item.

It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the item when it is received.

This is 7 days from the receipt of your package. If you email us within those 7 days we will accept the return. The 7 days is not business days but 7 full days (Sun - Sat) from the day you received that item.

If you request a return outside of those 7 days your request could be denied.

You can request an RMA at nathandegler@sbcglobal.net and use the subject "REQUEST FOR RMA". Please enter your email address, Item #, and the Problem with item.

Nathan's General Store does not PAY FOR SHIPPING BACK TO US. Please be aware of this. We want to be forward and upfront about it. 

Can you send me a Tracking Number?

Yes, you will receive an automated e-mail when we print your shipping label with your tracking or delivery confirmation numbers. These e-mails are sent to the e-mail address that you have on file with E-Bay and PayPal. Please make sure that your e-mail address is properly updated and also be sure to check your spam filters as many of these types of e-mails are considered spam by AOL. 

We generally ship the same or next business day on most of our items.

What is the best way to Email a General Question?

We ask that each customer take the time to figure out how to include the previous emails when responding to us. Without those we will ask for the same information over and over as we answer 100's of emails a day. We are trying to make customer service as helpful as possible. Please be sure to include a bidder name or item number from eBay so we can assist you quicker.

Please be aware of this as you send emails. Please do not repeatedly send emails over and over again as it makes response time longer.
