Payment Policy:  Paypal is accepted.  Payment is expected within 5 days of end of auction.  After 7 days, unpaid item reminder process will be initiated with Ebay, unless we have previously agreed to extended payment arrangements. 

Shipping Policy:  I ship worldwide.  I pride myself in fast & safe shipping.  Most  jewelry orders are carefully wrapped and packed in cotton filled jewelry boxes then placed inside bubble mailers to ensure their safe arrival & are promptly shipped within 2 business days of receipt of cleared payment receipt.  Please see my feedback  

Combined Shipping Policy:  I am happy to combine shipping to save you money.  Shipping discount is applied to all auctions after the item with the highest shipping cost.  All auctions won within a 5 day period may be combined when paid together in one payment.   Please contact me for invoice first before making payment.

Special Discounts:  US buyers with jewelry orders totalling $100.00 or more (before taxes and shipping and excluding any Best Offer items) are eligible to receive FREE shipping on their purchase.  This offer includes regular auctions and Buy It Now items only.  Please contact me for a combined shipping invoice prior to payment.  Payment must be made in one single payment.

U.S. Shipping Policy:  US shipping & handling applies to US customers only.  By placing a bid, buyer agrees to pay for postage, handling, Delivery Confirmation, and packaging materials, all of which is included in the shipping cost as stated in auction.  When I purchase your shipping label online, the USPS sends each buyer an email with the tracking/delivery confirmation number from the package. 

INTERNATIONAL Shipping Policy:  International shipping & handling applies to all other non-US countries, including Canada and Mexico.  By placing a bid, buyer agrees to pay for postage, handling, and packaging, all of which is included in the shipping cost as stated in auction.  Any customs or duties fees that may apply are the responsibility of the buyer.  Express Mail shipping is available and includes a tracking number and is the safest and most secure international mailing service.  Ask me for a quote.  I always use Customs forms for all international packages.  Please do not ask me to misrepresent your order on customs documents as it is illegal to do so and will void any insurance claims.  If you have any questions, please ask prior to bidding.

Shipping:  Q: How much is shipping to Australia?  A: Shipping to Australia falls under the international shipping cost, which is stated in the auction (usually $6.00 for single jewelry items). 

Q: How much is shipping to Canada?  A: Please see above answer for internation shipping.  Canada is considered international as it is not domestic shipping. 

Q: Do you combine shipping to international countries?  A:  Yes I do.  International shipping on additional items is applied after the shipping cost of the first item.  For example, if a buyer wins two items with $6.00 shipping, the combined shipping cost would be $7.00 ($6.00 for the first item and $1.00 for the second item).

Returns policy:  I will accept returns on items if the item differs significantly from the description provided in the auction.  Payment will be refunded if item is returned within 7 days of receipt per the delivery confirmation number, in the same condition in which it was shipped.  Please email me first to make arrangements for the return.  Feel free to contact me if you have any other concerns regarding your purchase.  

Special Note Regarding Lost/Damaged Packages:  Should your item take longer than expected to arrive, please contact me and I will make every effort to help you locate your package using the delivery confirmation number.  If your item was damaged or lost by the Post Office, please inform me, as I may have purchased insurance and may be able to file a claim with the Post Office for reimbursement.  The USPS accepts claims for lost packages after 30 days from date of mailing of package.  I will inform you of any documentation needed on your behalf to file the claim.  Here is the link to the USPS instructions on filing insurance claims.  http://www.usps.com/insuranceclaims/welcome.htm
