ECLECTIC ME

I love to go to flea markets, estate sales and general auctions to rummage through them. My grandmother and I use to hit the flea markets, when I was young , to play a game she came up with. The game was called "What AM I." She would find items and see if I could guess what they were, with her hints as to when it might have been used or where, most of the time I could come up with the item use. I was so lucky!!!

In the mid 1990's I won an art studio package from a arts and craft store chain. Fact, I am the least creative person I have ever met. I happen to be surrounded by lots of creative people though; nieces, nephews, son and daughter. I opened Bit of Art with the intention of placing some items for them up for auction. It has been almost 8 months and nothing has passed their final inspection process, which is opposite what I had expected. Therefore, I am selling treasures that I have been lucky enough to find at sales and on eBay (the greatest hunting ground ever) along with a few items I had around my house! What a great adventure!!!!
