FEEDBACK: For BUYERS Feedback is left as soon as payment is received. FOR SELLERS Feedback is left upon receipt of the item I purchased. I always leave FEEDBACK.

SHIPPING and HANDLING: I do not charge for shipping and handling and I will only charge the Buyer the actual shipping cost as set by the CARRIER, USPS, UPS etc. I will always ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. I will always combine shipments to save the BUYER on shipping COST. High Shipping cost does not add to the value of the item you have purchased.

Shipping via 1st Class Mail International - I will ship international shipments by this method if selected by the buyer. This method of shipment will save you postage fees but does not allow  for Delivery Confirmation or Insurance on the shipment. There is a weight limit of four (4) lbs. on this shipment method. The SELLER  can not be held accountable for delayed or lost shipments. Shipments using this method may take twice as long to reach their destination as Priority Mail International. 

CONCERNS: INTERNATIONAL BUYERS who do not let me know when the item they have purchased from me has been RECEIVED. I greatly appreciate all feedback left for me and fully understand the importance of FEEDBACK left for both BUYERS and SELLERS. I need the TELEPHONE number from INTERNATIONAL BUYERS so they can be called if there is a problem with the shipping of their item, however I will ship without it If not provided. 

    

SELLING PRACTICES: 

When I sell fishing reels on EBAY I use the following rating system to let you the BUYER know how I have arrived at the rating I am showing for the reel. 

P-Poor. Structurally sound. Needs major refinish.

F-Fair. Needs only minor work to fish.

G-Good. Shows use and routine care. Doesn't need any work to fish.

VG-Very Good. Average condition. Shows light to normal use and is ready to take fishing.

E-Excellent. Above average condition with very light use only.

N/M-Near Mint. Close to being new. Very minimal use if any at all.

M-Mint. Just as good as new. Never used.

N-New. New Reel, Never Used.
