For years when my family would ask me about getting the Internet, I would say no or just kind of procrastinate about it. I never really thought there was any good about the Internet. All I had ever heard was negative comments.
I finally gave in a few months back and we purchased an Internet plan. I must admit it is pretty neat and I now am basically hooked. I am the one who turns the computer on in the morning and the one who turns it off right before bedtime. One night I could not understand why the birds were singing in the middle of the night. When I finally decided to look at a clock I discovered it was not the middle of the night, but 5:15 in the morning. That is the reason why I titled this page, "My Obsession." Once I sign on I lose all track of time.
Once I discovered E-bay it was all over. I love just searching through screen after screen of articles looking for something that catches my eye. I love collecting Precious Moments--especially the clowns, DVD movies, and anything else that sparks an interest. I really feel depressed when I can't find something to bid on.
