We have been in the military products business since 1988. We specialize in domestic as well as international (mostly European) military surplus. Our best sellers include ghillie suits, camo netting, gas masks, and other related field gear.

We started as a Father and son operation in a small rented section of a building in Abilene, Texas. We later purchased the building  along with the warehouse behind the building. My father retired in 2000 but still works a couple days a week and will turn 80, Sept. 2009.

Over the course of the next twenty years we worked hard to build a successful retail business. The business was built on quality products, fair price and customer satisfaction. Many of our customers were children when we opened and are now adults bringing in their children.

In July 2002 we expanded by adding our first ebay store taylorsarmysurplus and applied the same principles to that business as we did our retail store. That ebay business is operated by John Polk a long time employee and friend. Currently taylorsarmysurplus has over 21000 positive feedback and has been a wonderful asset to the company.

In June of 2006 I started selling personal items on ebay from around the house and formed 6taylorz. The name come from the fact that their is 6 of us Taylors, Me my wife and 4 children. As time went buy i slowly started adding products from work and stopped selling personal goods evolving into 6taylorz militaria my ebay store name. This has became another successful ebay business ran buy me Charles Taylor. We are currently improving our site with professional help from PWS a company designed to help upgrade ebay and web based sites.
