Payment Policies- We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Check Cards, Money Orders, Bank Checks and Personal Checks.

Personal checks may take up to three weeks to clear before we ship your item(s). We accept personal checks from U.S. residents with U.S. banks only.
- All payments must be in U.S. dollars or Canadian dollars of the equivalent U.S. dollar total price.

Sales Tax & Handling Fees - Sales tax will apply to any order delivered or picked up in the State of Florida. Florida sales tax is 7.0%.
- Handling fees are built into the cost of shipping; handling fees cover packaging materials and miscellaneous expenses associated with shipping. Florida sales tax applies to shipping and handling charges for items delivered in the State of Florida.

Shipping Policies - Please see the item's shipping cost description for the list of countries we will ship to.
- We ship via FedEx for all continental USA and Canadian orders. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. International orders typically ship via U.S. Postal Service Parcel Post Surface which takes 4-8 weeks for delivery if customs does not slow down or stop the shipment. We have no control over customs activity on any shipment.
- We offer expedited shipping services such as overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day and international air shipping. The extra costs associated with these faster services are determined on a per order basis and you must arrange to pay the extra shipping costs with your payment. Please email questions@7thavenuestore.com for an expedited shipping quote if needed.
- We may, at our discretion, choose to ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS or any other shipping company.
- Shipping charges are variable by item and clearly stated in the item description.
- Discounted shipping is available for multiple auctions that close on the same business day or for auction winners that notify us of their intent to purchase multiple items for combined shipping.
- We usually ship within one business day after your payment clears. We ship every business day of the year.
- Orders delivering in the continental USA may take up to 8 business days to arrive after payment has cleared. Order delivering in Alaska, Hawaii and Canada may take up to 12 business days to arrive after payment has cleared. International shipments take 4-8 weeks for delivery if customs does not slow down or stop the shipment.
- We have no control over customs activity on any shipment and it is the responsibility of the international buyer to complete importation and pay all tariffs, duties, taxes, import and brokerage fees, if any. It is also the responsibility of the buyer to confirm that the item is legally able to enter the buyer's destination country and state/province before the buyer bids on or buys the item(s).
- If you need faster, time-guaranteed shipping we offer it through FedEx or UPS at our discretion. Email questions@7thavestore.com to obtain a quote for such expedited shipping services.

Shipping Insurance, Refund and Return Policies - Shipping insurance is available for purchase with every item we sell. If you purchase shipping insurance and an item is damaged in shipping transit we will replace the damaged item at no additional charge to you upon return of the item.
- Check your item(s) as soon as possible after arrival. If you purchased shipping insurance for your item(s) and shipping damage occurs please follow the "In case of shipping damage" instructions included with your shipment. The shipping damage instructions state that you must notify us of the shipping damage within 5 business days of delivery. In most cases the shipping company must pick up the damaged item and return it to us at no charge to you before a replacement can be sent. This replacement process can take up to 3 weeks from the time the shipping company picks up the item. Please understand that we are not a shipping company and mistakes, while rare, do occur.
- The possibilities of misrouted shipments and shipping damage are real while uncommon. Delivery takes longer in these events and you must assume the risk of these delays when ordering an item that is to be shipped or mailed. Thus, you must agree to not leave negative feedback in the event of a shipping misroute or shipping damage. Do not buy from us if you disagree.
- Further, those buyers that do not purchase shipping insurance must agree to not leave negative feedback in the event of a shipping misroute or shipping damage. We always offer shipping insurance and it's cheap so if you do not purchase it you willfully assume the shipping damage risk and thus leaving a negative feedback on the basis of shipping damage is unethical and wrong. Do not buy from us if you disagree.
- Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
- Warrantied items will be replaced according to the warranty stated in the item's description. Item's that do not state a warranty and warranty description are not warrantied.

Communication Policies - The best way to contact us is via email at questions@7thavenuestore.com .
- All emails will receive an email auto-response. The auto-response will answer most questions. Those questions not answered by the auto-response will be answered by a real person in a follow-up email.
- We are a business and we maintain business hours. Do not expect email replies or conatct of any other sort outside of our normal business hours.
- Our normal business hours are 9am to 5pm eastern standard time, monday through friday with the exception of U.S. calendar holidays.
- We will not respond to any message containing threats (real or perceived), beligerance, rudeness or profanity. So be nice and we'll help you.
- We try to answer emails as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience.
