9's Collectibles™ has been an eBay member since January 10, 2002. Our eBay user name is 9scollectibles. We are proud to be a reputable seller and buyer of the eBay community. We feel every eBay seller should also be a buyer, supporting the community that supports them.
We ship exclusively with the United States Postal Service
We encourage our customers to check postal rates. Visit your local Postal Service Center or visit the USPS online at www.usps.com. We try to offer at least 2 choices of shipping classes. We prefer to ship via USPS Priority mail with 2-3 day quick shipping. However, bulky, heavy, or media items may be shipped via a different class. All items are usually packaged and shipped within 12-14 hours of payment processing. (See the payment processing section below.)
We pack our items they way we would want to receive them. We want every item to arrive at your doorstep in outstanding condition. However, we are not responsible for damaged or lost packages that are not insured. Insurance is provided by our independent insurance agent or by USPS, at our discretion.
We do not sell or ship outside of the United States. If you pay via PayPal, we will not ship to any location other than your verified address as registered with PayPal. If you pay by any other means, we will only ship to the address from which the payment was received. That address must match the address eBay has on file for you. This policy prevents fraud, protecting both you and 9's Collectibles™.

We encourage our customers to use PayPal whenever possible.
PayPal's secure, easy to use services and website are your safest & fastest way to pay. We are PayPal verified and our PayPal ID is the9guy@msn.com. For easiest payment simply click the PayPal logo on the eBay auction item page. All information will be automatically filled out for you.
Orders paid via PayPal receive top priority at no additional charge.
We also accept Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Business and Personal Checks. Although discouraged, buyers may send cash with the understanding that it is at their own risk. Please send the exact amount, as we can not make change.If you are paying by money order, check, or cash, a remittance address will be provided at the time of checkout.
Payment must be received within 10 days from close of the auction. Failure to remit payment will result in a non-paying bidder violation.

Q: How do I pay you if I don't have a PayPal account?
A: You can still pay me without having a PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account, you'll be automatically redirected to a secure page in eBay checkout where you can enter your credit card information. When you're done, you'll have the option of saving your credit card details with PayPal by creating a PayPal account. And of course you can always snail mail your check, cashier's check, or money order to pay.
Q: I don't want to create a PayPal account. Do I have to pay you with PayPal?
A: You can pay using your credit card without creating a PayPal account. Just enter via the eBay 'Pay Now' button and you'll be directed to a page where you can enter your credit card information. And of course you can always snail mail your check, cashier's check, or money order to pay.
Q: I forgot my PayPal password so how can I pay you?
A: When you proceed through eBay checkout, you'll be prompted to login to your PayPal account. If your login attempts are unsuccessful you'll be automatically redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information. After you've completed that process, you'll be able to recover your PayPal password by using the online password recovery tool. And of course you can always snail mail your check, cashier's check, or money order to pay.

About Our Guarantee
We want each customer to be 100% satisfied. On many items we offer a 3 day money back guarantee. We promise you will be satisfied or we'll give you your money back within three days from receipt of your merchandise, less shipping and handling fees. Check each auction for return qualifications, as not all items are eligible for our return guarantee. Contact the9guy@msn.com to obtain approval for a return. Failure to contact us first and receive a return approval voids the 3 day return policy.
You will be asked to complete and submit an online return form. If you are making a claim on damaged goods, you will also need to file an online insurance claim form.
Some items such as “Handyman’s Specials” are sold AS-IS with NO RETURNS for any reason. Due to copy & return concerns, all software, video games, DVDs, VHS tapes, & CDs are sold with a NO RETURN POLICY. Auctions for “informational materials” are not returnable for any reason. We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable return requests. Returns are at the sole discretion of the management staff.
