In the event a customer wishes to dispute the description of an item may do so within 3 days of receiving the item. Returns will be accepted & within reasonable limits provide a remedy, in some cases accept the item back and return payment. Please note: Due to specific freight policies, we will not accept a return on an item resulting from damage occurring while in transit. Also note: We are not responsible for refunding the payment for shipping and handling to and from our facility (both ways). We are a dealer (middleman) between the customer and the manufacturer. In the event that there is a defect or any other warranty issue, it is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer to service or fix the equipment. A Plus Restaurant Equipment Inc for any warranty or service for any new equipment.Please be advised, open your package(s) immediately upon arrival. Our 3 days policy begins the day the merchandise is delivered to you, not when you open it. If you wait longer then 3 days to open your package we will not honor any discrepancies. |
Send payment within 5 calendar days. 8.35% New York State sales tax will be applied for store pickups, all payments for store pickups must be made in full prior to pickup, all pickups must be made within 7 days from the day that you made the purchase. We also accept credit cards over the phone (Master Card, Visa or American Express). All checks or money orders made out to "A. Plus Restaurant Equipment". If payment is not made within 5 calendar days and you do not notify us, we will relist the auction and file an unpaid item dispute which may result in suspension of your account.

Shipping quotes are provided upon request. Our shipping methods and prices are some of the best in the industry, because of the amount of shipping we do; we are able to obtain the most competitive rates from all the major freight (shipping) companies in the United States and Canada. Our packing methods are so meticulous that our damaged items percentage last year was only 2%, our feedback reflects our customers recognition of how well we package our merchandise.
Shipping is divided into 4 categories:
1-Commercial or business without lift gate.
2-Residential without lift gate.
3-Commercial or business with lift gate.
4-Residential with lift gate.
Lift gate drop-offs are usually $65-$80 dollars more expensive than ones without.
Residential deliveries are also $65-$80 dollars more than commercial or business drop-offs.
Commercial or business delivery: Freight companies all classify a business or commercial delivery as an address that has an entrance open to the public. (If you run a business from your home, this is not considered a business delivery) Please note that in the event you do not ask for a lift gate and upon delivery, you realize that you need lift gate, payment will need to be made directly to A Plus at the time of delivery. This can delay your shipment so please call us to ask as many questions as possible.

Lift gate: A mechanical platform that lowers your equipment from the truck down to the ground. (please note most trucks platforms are 4'-5' feet from the ground) If you cannot physically remove your unit from the truck you will need a lift gate on delivery.

2. Although damage is an everyday part of shipping, we use the thickest and toughest packaging or wood to ensure safe transit. All UPS items are insured for extra measures.

4. How long will it take for my unit to arrive?

4. New equipments may take longer to ship then used equipments, this is due to factory's being out of stock or just taking their time to process an order, used equipments usually goes out the same day we receive the payment. |

6. We urge all of our customers to examine their merchandise before they sign for it. Any damage needs to be reported to they carrier and A Plus immediatly upon arrival. If it is after 5:00 PM or on a weekend, call us as early as possible the next business day. We will assist you with the damage claim. |
