About Us
A1WebSales is a brick and mortar eBay drop off store, located in Glasgow, KY.
We assist individuals, businesses, and charitable organizations with selling their items on eBay.
A1WebSales makes selling on eBay is easy!
We do the following for each listing:
- Professionally photograph each item
- Design a listing with descriptive selling points
- List the item for sale on eBay
- Process payment from the winning bidder
- Package and ship the item to the buyer
When the item sells, we send you a check!
That's about as easy as it gets.

My Pledge
- I am committed to outstanding service and quality. I will try to answer all questions promptly and with as much information as possible. Once the auction has ended, I will do my best to ensure ongoing communication with the buyer until they receive their product. All emails from our customers will be responded to by me, not an automated email.
- I will pack every item to the best of my ability to ensure that it arrives to the Buyer in condition described in the listing. We do recommend insuring your item. If you are interested in insuring your purchase, please email us for an estimate. We are not responsible for the item once it is shipped to you.
- With every order I will provide my contact information including my name, address and email address so I can be contacted in the event that a problem arises.
Payment Info
We accept: Paypal, Money Orders, Certified Checks or Personal Checks.
Note: KY residents please add 6% state sales tax during the Checkout process.
Returns
All items sold AS IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us at A1WebSales.com to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Feedback
- I will leave feedback on all transactions. In the event that there is an issue, I will try my best to resolve it before resorting to negative feedback. My goal is to be able to leave positive feedback on every transition.
- I want positive feedback from you too! If there is an issue, please give me time to resolve the issue into a win / win for all parties involved before leaving feedback.
