First Year Warranty Inspection - Every new home is warranteed by the builder for the first 12 months. After that time period expires, the home owner assumes all responsibility for any repairs. Protect your investment by having A2Z perform an evaluation of your home backed up with a comprehensive report including digital photos that you can submit to your contractor for necessary repairs.
Maintenance Inspection - Protect your investment. Every home needs maintenance performed on a regular basis. We will guide you through your home to help nip any problems in the bud.
A2Z Recommends you have your home inspected at least once every 2-4 years.
Water Analysis - Comprehensive water analysis includes: Bacteria (Total Coliform, E Coli), Lead, Nitrate, Nitrite, Total Nitrate/Nitrite, PH, Iron, and Turbidity. We can design a Water Analysis based on your needs - call to discuss options.
Mold Testing - Mold testing requires planning and inspection of suspect site prior to testing. The samples are sent to an independent lab where they identify the mold-like substance for the home owner�s information. Please call to have an Inspector explain the details of mold testing.
