We are a small business that believes customer service is of the utmost importance, and we strive to make our customers happy.We began our enterprise exploring the many attics of old New England homes, finding many treasures. Having lived in various parts of the country we knew that these treasures were unique and not easily accessible to other areas. From this desire to share our collectibles we then discovered other markets of interest. Hence sprung a coffee empire. We have to wake up to that morning experience ourselves. So we have found another niche that we enjoy, passing coffee and tea bargains and every type of flavors that we can find on to our customers.We describe our items using the manufacters details and what we experience and see for ourselves, being as accurate as possible.


Not often but
occasionally, we run out of an item and will not know until after you buy it. We have our warehouses and 2 other locations we sell from, and we try to keep very accurate inventory records. In that rare case it is not restocked within 48 hrs, we will email you telling you when we will receive it and give you a choice of a refund, choosing another item or waiting until we restock.

We leave you Positive Feedback as soon as you pay for your items.

If for some reason you do not feel we provide 5 star service to you please let us know so we may provide the service you expect before leaving us Feedback.

We know we cannot answer all the questions there. So please feel free to email us with questions and we will be glad to answer them.



Our shipping policies vary based on the listing. We have 4 warehouses in New England we ship from. Sometimes if we are out of stock on an item we will go to a competitor or another wholesaler we don't normally use to fill your order and get it to you in a timely manner.

We strive to ship all orders within 24 hrs. Our listings say 2 business days after receiving clear payment. The day you order it does not count if ordered after 11:00 AM EST.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

We cannot combine shipping. Each order ships separately, meaning separate shipping charges for us also.

We Do Not Ship To PR, PO, APO, or FPO Boxes and we only ship to physical addresses listed in the PayPal checkout page. Any other address will delay shipping. We do ship some of our items to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. It will be noted in the listing if we do or do not.

We guarantee all orders against loss or damage during shipping.

We ship 99% of our orders with UPS. We do reserve the right to ship your order with a different carrier such as FedEx or USPS. We provide tracking on all shipments and the numbers are loaded into your "My eBay " section within 12 hrs of the day we ship it. eBay will notify you on our behalf with the order updates.

 

We reserve the right to substitute Package Size On Coffee !!!

Example: 6- 12 count boxes = 72 K cups or Pods... We may send you 3 - 24 count boxes = 72 in it's place.

Return Policy:

We handle returns on an individual basis, and try to be as fair as possible to make you a happy returning customer.

Our first and foremost goal is customer service. If you are not completely happy with our service or your purchase, or if you ever receive anything from us that is damaged, or not as described, please contact us.

We have different return policies for our many different products.

Our Coffee products are guaranteed Fresh when delivered to your door. They have a 3 to 8 month shelf life.

We do not take back Coffee for refund or exchange unless damage during shipping or you received a package out of date.

We sell a lot of antiques, collectibles and some used items. We test these items to make sure they are working when we list them. These items are sold " AS IS " and we do not accept returns on them unless we misrepresented the item in some way.

We do insure all the items we ship against damage or loss. We will process any claim and it may take between 10 to 30 days depending on the type of claim to get a refund.

You have 7 days from the day you receive your item to notify us you would like to return it.

At our option we will either Exchange, Refund or Give Store Credit for the return.

Any item where delivery is refused, or being returned due to no fault of our own, there will be a Twenty Five Percent ( 25% ) Restocking Fee. You also pay for the return shipping.

We Do Not Refund or Give Credit for Shipping and Handling on Returns except for items Damaged, lost during shipping or due to error on our part.

All Items Must Be In Their Original State and Packaging.

  • Credit Cards and Echecks are accepted through PayPal only.
  • Echecks may take up to 4 business days or longer to clear and we will not ship order until payment has cleared.
  • Immediate Payment is required for all listings, except auctions. All payments must be received within 7 days.
  • PayPal requires us to use the address on the PayPal Check Out Page. So if your shipping this somewhere else then your address in PayPal. Please change the address in Paypal before completing the sale.



We try to describe the items using the manufacturers labels and to the best of our knowledge. Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: No. Although we try to keep shipping to a minimum. We Do NOT combine shipping because multiple orders could get shipped separately. Meaning multiple shipping charges for us also.

Q: When can I expect my order.

A: We try to ship your order with in 24 to 48 hrs. of receiving clear payment. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping times can vary from 3 to 8 days by UPS. Some sections of the US can take up to 10 days. If you do not receive your order with in 10 days of paying PLEASE let us know so we may correct the delivery.

Thanksgiving holiday has special delivery schedule. Orders placed after 10AM on Wednesday will not ship until Monday per UPS.

Q: I ordered coffee at 11:30 AM on Wednesday when will it ship?

A: We strive to ship everything within 24 hrs of receiving the order. It can take up to 2 business days not counting the day you place the order. This happens around Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. This is do to the increase in sales during this time.

Q: Do you provide tracking numbers on shipments?

A: Tracking numbers are loaded into eBay the day we ship your order. We use eBays automated system. eBays sends out an email on our behave notifying you that your order shipped. If you do not receive an email from them, please let us know. You can always check your " My eBay " area that is where we upload the shipping information.

Q: Why do you not ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

A: We do ship to those states. Just not free shipping. Our warehouses are automated to ship either by UPS or FedEx, because they offer us the lowest shipping rates in the 48 continuous United States. We have a section in our store that we have select items we ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Just Click Here.

Q: What is the use by date or expiration date of your coffee?

A: We have 3 warehouses in the north east we run our coffee businesses and ship from. It is imposible to keep track of the expiration dates of the coffee you would be getting as hundreds deliveries are coming in and out of our warehouse each day. We could be shipping from our New Jersey warehouse on Monday and our Maine warehouse on Tuesday because inventory stocks are higher. But we do Guarentee your coffee to be Fresh when you receive it.

Q: Do you pay Import Taxes or Tarriffs on items shipped to Canada?

A: No. Import Taxes or Tarriffs are the buyers responibity. We do not collect them or pay them. The buyer will pay them if any at time of delivery. Please consult your countries Tax Dept. for rates and fees.

Q: May we substitute or change our order once it is placed?

A: No. We cannot change it after you have ordered. When you place an order our system is totally automated. It immediately forwards it to one of our 3 warehouses for our employees to ship. They just get a packing slip and label. The only thing that can stop them from shipping the order is no physical address on the label or if that warehouse is out of stock.

Q: What is your shipping schedule for certain holidays.

A: New Years Day: Orders placed after 10AM on Dec. 31, 2009 will not ship until Jan. 04 or 05, 2010 depending on sales.

Memorial Day: Orders placed after 10AM on May 28, 2010 will not ship until June 01 or 02, 2010 depending on sales.

Independence Day: Orders placed after 10AM on July 2, 2010 will not ship until July 6 or 7, 2010 depending on sales.

Labor Day: Orders placed after 10AM on Sept. 03, 2010 will not ship until Sept. 07 or 08, 2010 depending on sales.

Thanksgiving: Orders placed after 10AM on Nov. 24, 2010 will not ship until Nov. 29 or 30 2010 depending on sales.

Christmas: Orders placed after 10AM on Dec. 23, 2010 will not ship until Dec. 27 or 28, 2010 depending on sales.

Federal Holidays: If the United States Post Office is close for federal holiday if possible we will ship via UPS.
