What is vintage?
Vintage clothing is a generic term for new or second hand garments originating from a previous era. We have dresses from the 1960's, 80's, etc. A vintage piece is highly valuable since it is of a better quality than the average mass manufactured garment, it presents beautiful design and there are rarely two of a kind so vintage lovers get uniqueness in fashion and style all around the world.

Will my item show signs of wear?
Sometimes a vintage garment will show natural signs of wear. We strive to find the highest quality vintage that is in such great condition that you normally dont have to worry about this. If an item has a defect, stain or extreme visible wear we will let you know in the Condition description so you are aware of it.

Do you have the same item in a different size?
Since vintage items are one of a kind, we only have that single one in the indicated size.

How do I pay?
In order to bid and pay for your item you also need a Paypal account, you can open one at paypal.com, it will transfer funds from your bank or debit credit card without having to give your information directly to sellers. Having a paypal account can be highly beneficial since its the only form of payment on ebay.

Can I pay with a Money Order, personal check or cash?
No. Although checks have been accepted in the past, ebay policies strictly prohibit these forms of payment, so please be sure to have a Paypal account.

I cant wait! I love the dress, will you consider a buy it now?
Yes. We usually list auction style since it is the fun part of ebay, we want you to have a good time and fight for what belongs to you! but, if you absolutely most definitely must have the item, send us a considerable good offer and we will probably accept it only if there has been no bids placed in the item by other customers. Once an item has one bid, we will respect that customer and keep the auction until the ending date.

My bids were canceled or removed, why?
We will remove all bids from 0 feedback customers that fail to contact us prior to bidding. Please let us know that you are serious and that you have intentions to pay otherwise bids will be removed.

How much time do I have to pay for my item?
Please be sure to make instant payment or within 5 days after auction ends. 0 to 3 feedback customers please be so kind to pay within 24 hours, some new customers have left us without payment, we want to trust you and help you build a positive feedback score in the ebay community. If you miss to pay, we will block your user name and address in our store so please let us know with time to make the necessary arrangements, we are usually cool if you communicate right away.

If I win multiple items can you ship all together to save shipping?
Yes. In order to combine shipping for multiple items and receive them all in one package, please give us a minute or five after auction ends and we will send you a new invoice with the savings.

I won an item this week but I also want something just listed this week! can you hold the item I just bought and send them together when the new item ends?
Yes, we can hold for 7 days max. but please make payment for current item and next week we will make the respective discount for combined shipping, just send us a message requesting us to not ship the item just yet.

What options do I have for international shipping?
We ship through the United States Postal Service, USPS.com
They offer 2 options for international delivery:
1. FIRST CLASS (default on most cases)
- low price starting from $8 for light items up to $24 a coat or three dresses
- 6 to 20 days to arrive
- includes a local proof of shipping number
- no insurance
- no tracking number
- item weight must be less than a normal winter coat
- very safe method used frequently.
2. PRIORITY (very heavy packages or upon request for light items)
- higher price
- faster service takes from 6 to 15 days
- includes tracking number
- includes insurance
- price depends on weight:
- Flat rate priority packages are $12 for one very light dress, $35 for a medium dress, $41 for two dresses or a medium jacket and $53 for a large coat or multiple items in that big box.
- Highly recommended service.

Can I register my international package? customs in my country are a bit unsafe and some packages have gotten lost.
Yes, send us an email requesting priority delivery with registered mail, it will cost the priority package fee depending on weight plus $10 extra to register and it will provide a tracking number that assures you that the item arrived in your country, it does not provide additional information like delivery to your address but it usually adds safety to the package.

The item does not fit, I dont like it or I used it and now want my money back. can I return it?
We do not offer returns at this time. Vintage items are unique and cannot be replaced or exchanged. Please read measurements carefully, we will only return if measures are extremely wrong on our part.
