We want you to be completely satisfied, so AARtech Canada offers a 30 day money back guarantee on your purchase. Prior to returning any item(s), please contact us to obtain a return authorization. Returns MUST be pre-approved, and must be returned complete with original documentation, accessories and packaging in original condition or additional service / restocking charges will be levied at our discretion. Products marred, altered, or damaged during installation may not be returnable. We cannot be responsible for compatibility of DVR cards with the various computer systems on the market but can offer recommendations for preferred brands or model numbers. Our money back guarantee does not include freight charges to or from our office. Special orders, software, batteries, DVR cards and books are not eligible for return.

We will not be responsible to the loss or damage of returned item(s) by couriers, so we suggest that you insure your shipments and ensure they can be traced with a delivery signature for your protection.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS

AARtech Canada firmly stands behind everything we sell. If the product you purchased becomes defective within 30 days from your invoice date, we will replace it and cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you. Please contact us and provide the part number, date of purchase and invoice number to receive a return authorization prior to returning any defective merchandise. Returns sent back without authorization may be returned to the sender at his/her expense. If we do not have replacement stock available, we will either replace it with a similar model or refer your case to the manufacturer for replacement either through us or through the manufacturer directly, at our discretion. Some manufacturers (eg. D-Link) require the end user to deal with them directly for warranty support, and we will honour their procedures where applicable.

We will provide feedback on the receipt of feedback from the buyer.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You will be billed in $CDN funds and if your card is billed in $USD you will see an exchange rate determined and charged by the credit card company. We also accept Paypal payments and Interac e-mail money transfers. If you wish to pay by cheque, money order or bank draft, your order will not ship until AFTER the funds have been cleared by our bank. Please ensure we receive payment within 3 business days from when the auction ends.

Shipping

We will ship E-Bay orders within Canada or the USA. We ship most items within 1-3 business days of receiving your payment. If for any reason your order cannot ship within that time frame you will be notified immediately. We charge a very fair flat rate for shipping via Canada Post across Canada or to the USA. We do NOT charge extra for additional items so you can save money by taking advantage of multi-item purchases! We are not here to make money on freight. We recommend that you insure all shipments against loss/damage otherwise we cannot be responsible for missing or damaged shipments. If there is a problem with your shipment please advise us within 24 hours or we will not be able to process a claim with the courier and won't be able to help.
