AbacusFree is located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. We have been delivering the highest quality printer accessories to the eBay community since
August 2003. We use a thorough testing and research process to decide what products are the highest quality in the market, so we can provide

customers with only the best. In addition, we are constantly improving our ordering, supplying and shipping processes to be able to offer our

at the lowest prices available.
We distribute compatible and remanufactured ink cartridges and toners for Epson, Brother, Canon,
Lexmark, Dell and HP printers. Also, our product list
includes different Data, Video and Audio cables for your printers, digital cameras, PCs,
DVD players, HDTVs and many other devices. All of our products
meet the strict and effective ISO9001 quality standard which ensures that every

Credit Card and PayPal payments: We must have your correct and verified billing address and we can only ship to verified addresses.
All buyers will receive a confirmation e-mail with the payment instructions. You can simply follow them, or go directly to our Abacus Checkout.
If you have purchased multiple items, please do not complete the checkout untill all of the auctions are closed.

Regular: $3.95 flat rate - only one charge of $3.95 per order!
We do combine multiple auctions into one order. If you have purchased more than one auction, please do not
complete the checkout until all the auctions are closed. After they are all closed, simply proceed to our checkout, or follow the instructions
from the last notification e-mail you have received.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification e-mail with the shipping information and a UPS tracking number or a USPS delivery
confirmation number, depending on the way the order is shipped. We also do offer expedited Second Day and Next Day shipping through UPS.

All orders are typically processed within 24 hours, if there are no issues. If an order is placed before 2 PM, and there are no issues with
the payment, it will be shipped the same day. If there are any problems with your order, our customer service will contact you immediately.

AbacusFree has one of the best guarantee policies you can find on eBay! All of our products are fully guaranteed* to be free from manufacturers defects
for 1 year from the date of the purchase ! If you are having any problems with the products you have purchased, please contact us, and our customer
service will assist you. If there is a need for a refund or replacement of your order, you will receive an RMA number for the return of your order.
Please do not send any products back before you contact us and receive an RMA number.
All defective products have to be returned to us before we can replace them or issue a refund.
