My name is Gary Thompson of Abbas Discount Place.  I've just started an Ebay business and internet domain name and have been thinking about doing this for several years.  An online friend who did this a couple of years ago has been very successful and so that has provoked me into doing this too.  I have a combined 10 years in small businesses.  I owned a Ceramic business for 5 years and it was moderately successful.  I started collecting sports cards with my sons when they were young so we eventually started a business doing the trade show and buying nation wide through trade papers.  That also was moderately successful.   So I bring into this internet that experience.  I'm an honest, God fearing man and I hope people realize this as they get to know me.

I am a tropical fish hobbyist.  I have 5 tanks and breed various cichlids.  Been doing this since I was a young kid.  I'm also a Vietnam Vet.  I have 3 sons, the youngest, who just got back from Iraq recently.  Been married for 27 years and hope to bring to Ebay and the internet a good attitude and something that will be of help to all.  My main interest is Electronics (since I've been an electronic technician) so that's the area I'm going towards on Ebay.  Hope I can bring you the best deal on iPods, Digital Cameras and other electronics
