ABC Commercial
ABC Commercial is the commercial arm of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. The division, previously called ABC Enterprises, was established in 1974 and is a profitable and self-funding division of the ABC whose aim is to create, market and retail high quality consumer products which reflect and extend the scope of the ABC’s activities.
Products
Today ABC Commercial creates and licences more than 500 new products every year - including books, audio tapes, adult contemporary, kids, country, classical and jazz music, videos, magazines, toys and clothing. The range of quality products reflects the diversity of ABC programming and features the wealth of Australia’s artistic talent.
Distribution
ABC products are distributed throughout the retail trade including our own 40 ABC Shops and over 80 licensed ABC Centres located in book shops throughout regional Australia.
Pricing Policy
We regularly check our competitors however if we've overlooked something or if our competitors are on sale we will gladly match any current local price reduction.
Profits
All profits from purchases made in ABC Shops and Centres, including ABC Commercial products, are returned to ABC program-makers to assist in the production of new programs.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We will gladly refund, credit or exchange products still in their original sale condition on presentation of the original ABC Shop Online sales docket. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. All returns are to be sent to:
