Please be aware we will not be responsible for items after  they are shipped from our office. Insurance is available but optional for nonamolly small fee. All damaged items claims should be directed personally to USPS.COM claims department for reimbursement. We will be happy to provide any or all information to help with the process of the claim of your damaged items.

Please also note we package all our items carefully and with patiences. We are a family owned business and feel family and friends deserve the best care no matter where or how far items are to be shipped.

We  gladly accept all forms of payment, although Paypal is preffered please contact us if you would rather send personal check, money order, or other forms of payment. Please be advised all personal checks will be held for seven to ten days until cleared through our financial instituation.

We take pride in our items and hope you will do the same. Please leave positive feedback as we leave feedback for all customers once items are shipped. Please also take the time to score our store and services 5 stars at the least. If for some reason you feel your transaction was not perfect please contact us before leaving negative or lower feedback so we may have a chance to make your pruchase worth coming back to. Ebay will not allow sellers to resume business if scoring becomes lower than 4.3 stars in one or more catergories. We are in business for our customers and enjoy what we offer!
