How soon do we ship?
We ship next business day after payment has been received or the next day the post office is opened.
How do we ship?
We ship via Priority Mail in most cases. Lightweight items maybe shipped First class mail. Whichever way is best for our customers! We try to combine shipping whenever possible! Many times the shipping calculator will be set higher than the accrual cost. We are known to refund any overpayment in shipping charges the day the item ships. After all it is an overpayment and it is not really our money! We do charge a handling fee for packaging material, usually $1.00 to $2.00 per box. We do require insurance. We purchase it through the US Postal Service, for our customers. We have first hand knowledge that items insured are more likely to be handled in a professional manner than those not insured. We will not ship any item that insurance has not been paid for, with the exception of First Class Mail. If you have a question about shipping contact us.
