GRADING

I try to be objective and conservative in my grading and consistently mark my equipment one grade below what I really think it is.

N   New in box complete with manuals and warrantee.

10  Mint like New. 100% Original Finish.

9.5 Like mint with no significant wear. 95-99% Original Finish.

9   Beautiful user that shows some signs of usage. May have slight finish marks. 90-95% Original Finish.

8.5 User equipment in average condition for age. Shows moderate wear and may have small dings, pecks and slight finish wear. Glass may have dust but no marks.  80-89% Original Finish.

8   User with some above average wear. Brassing and finish scratches and may have some dents. 70-79% Original Finish.

7.5 User with heavy wear, often with dents or large areas of finish wear. 60-69% Original Finish.

7   Ugly but functional. May be missing some non-essential parts. 50-59% Original Finish.

6   Very ugly but still usable.

5   Non functional, for parts.

STORE POLICIES

Warrantee

All equipment graded 7.5 or higher is warranted for 90 DAYS.

All equipment graded 5-7 is sold AS-IS.

All antique and classic equipment is graded according to appearance only and is sold AS-IS

Our standard warrantee is 90 days. In the event an item you ordered does not function properly, please notify me so that I can issue and RMA.  I reserve the option to Repair, Replace or Refund the item.

Re-chargeable batteries included with equipment are not guaranteed.

Byers’s Remorse

 If for whatever reason you change your mind and want to return your purchase we will offer you 2 options. First you can request a refund, which we will give you subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. If you request a store credit or want to purchase other equipment of equal or greater value there will be no re-stocking fee. In either case shipping charges will not be refunded. Excludes AS-IS merchandise. Item must be returned within 10 days.

 We only accept Paypal for all domestic orders 

International Orders

We accept PayPal from International customers subject to the following limitations :

Minimum 12 Positive feedback.

No negative feedback.

Maximum of $1000.00 per PayPal transaction.

We accept the following alternate payment methods for any order.

1.    Cashier’s Check.

2.    Money Order.

3.    Direct wire bank transfers.

Shipping Methods

We ship all our domestic orders via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Most orders should arrive within 3-7 days.

International orders are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail International or U.S. Express Mail International. Please bear in mind that that insurance is limited to a maximum of $ 500.00 to most countries. If your item is of higher value or if you need it faster, we can ship via Fedex at additional cost, let us know and we will try to accommodate you.Lost or Damaged Shipment

Please hold on to the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by carrier.
