Shopping All The Time – Where We Began
It
all started with me! I
really have always loved to shop and no matter what else I was doing,
I made the time for it! Forget about going to the gym! Go to the mall,
walk a few miles, carry some heavy bags laden with the treasures you
find! Don't feel like reading a book? Well pick up a brochure or
catalog and shop some more. Video games? No way! Try to catch a great
bargain on eBay!
Just
after September 11, 2001 started hurting the travel industry and
retail businesses in southern Florida, I accidentally bumped into a
sale that was not to be believed! A small boutique was going out of
business and I purchased a few fabulous La Perla lingerie items for
myself and a few friends. Well, one thing leads to another and I went
back to that shop and bought lots of their inventory and started
listing it on eBay.
What's Happened Next
In the last seven
plus years we have evolved and today although we still sell designer
goods, we focus mainly on accessories including jewelry, watches,
footwear and handbags.
We are
always looking for new suppliers and new things to sell. Be sure that
we ONLY purchase from authorized agents and ONLY sell authentic items!
Occasionally
people us ask use to sell things for them and we will do this - but
ONLY if the items are authentic! These items will be noted as USED in
our listings. Watch for them because there are some great deals!
Looking
for something specific? Ask. We will try to find it for you. We can
not promise to email you if we get it but check back regularly for our
new listings.
How to pick a seller to do business with on eBay
Now
this goes for all product lines. Feedback! Now understand that with
thousands of transactions, there are bound to be a couple that are not
perfect or a buyer that will never be happy ... so read the feedback.
What do other buyers like yourself say? Are they complaining about
fakes? Dirty or damaged items? Slow shipments or no shipments at all?
Ask questions. Than if you are comfortable, make the bid or buy it
now.
Study the listing
thoroughly. Read the
description for what is said and what is not said.
Check the photos – is there enough information to prove what
you are actually getting?
Be
fair with the seller if you are not happy after you make your purchase
- together try to resolve that problem. Just remember, once you have
left negative feedback, consider the case closed. No further action
will be taken by the seller most likely.
When You Make A Purchase From Us
You
will receive a lot of automated emails and than one from us that will
tell you that your purchase has shipped.
If you paid using paypal, the delivery confirmation number can
be found in the paypal transaction.
Please look for it there before emailing us to request it.
Since we ship just about everyday, look for that notice 24
hours after you have made your payment.
Some
of our listings are now offering USPS Parcel Post as a shipping
option. Even when we ship
within 24 hours of being paid, it may take up to 14 days for your
purchase to arrive. If
you are expecting to receive your package quicker, please choose
Priority or Express Mail.

Payment Options
We
ONLY ship to CONFIRMED addresses if you are paying with paypal and
currently are only accepting this payment method from our many USA
based buyers. Postal
Money Orders in US Dollars are welcomed from all our buyers worldwide.
International
buyers have the option to make their payment using a Postal Money
Order in US Dollars. Additionally
we looking at other secure and safe payment methods for international
transactions – please contact us directly for the most up to date
information.
When Will You Get Your Package?
We
ship Monday thru Friday (sometimes on Saturday as well).
If you have chosen Parcel Post it can take up to 14 days for
your package to arrive. Priority
Mail typically arrives within 3 business days.
Of course if it is an emergency, Express Mail is delivered to
may locations by noon the next day – check with your local post
office for delivery guarantees.
International
shipments are sent fully Insured using International Express Mail
only. Please check the US
Postal Service for expected delivery schedule.
We can not be held accountable for the Customs Agents or the US
Mail Service.
Please
note that as a buyer it is your responsibility to provide us with a
correct and confirmed shipping address.
If you have moved we recommend updating your paypal account
promptly, removing any out of date addresses.
We are not responsible if the address you supply is not one
that can receive packages for you.
If you
have made a purchase and have not received your package in a timely
manner ... PLEASE email us or call us. Our phone number listed with
eBay is actually a real one and you are welcome to use it!
Returns
If for
some reason a purchase is returned to us for a bad address, you change
your mind, it does not fit or no reason what so ever, our re-stocking
fee is 20% of the sale price plus the shipping charges.
If you
bid on the "wrong item" you are still responsible to pay for
your purchase. Please read what you are bidding on prior to clicking
on that last "accept" button. Your bid on the item is your
contract. Please check eBay bidding policies if you have any questions
regarding this matter.
Excuses and Problems
If you
have a child who knows your eBay password - you are still responsible
to pay for that purchase. We recommend you let

Some Undeserved Feedback
We
have all received some negative feedbacks that we feel we did not
deserve. The first is always the most painful and this one REALLY
hurt. The bad feedback was for "not answering emails". We
answer ALL emails we receive within 24 hours - normally within 8 hours
and many times right away. That individual sent negative feedback 3
business days after paying for her purchase. She received her box that
day! PS .. email sent to her with her confirmation number bounced back
as it was undeliverable. No wonder she did not know her purchase had
been shipped!
We
know the feedback system is not perfect but we will do what we can to
make the buying experience pleasant for all buyers.
Things That Bug Us on eBay
If you
have a non-working telephone number on your eBay account ... who are
you hiding from?
If you
have private feedback ... what are you trying to keep secret from
legitimate buyers?
If you
are listing items you don't have in stock ... where are they and when
will I get my purchase?
If you
sell fake anything ... why don't you admit it? Oh, I know –
because it is against the law to sell counterfeits!
If you
do not include the shipping fees in your listing ... how much is that
surprise really worth?
And my
all time favorite ... "is it real and it is new?" ... We
address that in several places on every listing so why do people keep
asking us that?
Best Offers and Second Chances
If you
are interested in any item we are offering for sale in an auction
format, please bid on it. We almost NEVER send second chances so
don’t count on being second as good as winning. If the listing
states it is the last one left, it is the last one we have now. Maybe
we will get more in the future, but do not count on.
If you
receive a "second chance" on an item that you bid on with
us, check to see who is sending you that email - if these offers are
coming from a seller who is working outside the eBay community, there
is a VERY good chance you will never receive your purchase.
Recently
on some of the limited edition bags we were selling, we heard other
sellers are emailing our bidders and offering them "the same bag
without going thru an auction" and cheaper. These people NEED TO
BE REPORTED to eBay's Trust and Safety Department in an effort to keep
eBay safe! Again, a
better than even chance you will not get what you are expecting if you
receive anything at all.
If one
of our store items offers the "Best Offer" option, please
carefully think about your offer before submitting it. If it is more
than 10% less than the asking price, there is a better than 90% chance
it will be rejected and if it is a really lowball offer we may block
you from future purchases from us – as we will figure you have not
read the listing details. Our prices are EXTREMELY fair for the
authentic quality merchandise we sell.
If an
item we are selling does not have a "Best Offer" link on it,
than the price is as stated in the listing. Please note, very FEW of
our listings offer the "Best Offer" - and only our highest
price merchandise ever does.
One Last Note but Important Point
Never
ask us to close an auction to sell you an item "because you
really want it" or "don't want to wait" when other
buyers have bid on that item. It is NOT fair to the eBay community and
those bidders! A seller that does that is really unethical! We will
not do it and we WILL report your offer to Trust and Safety! If you
want that item and we have more, we can list one for you in our eBay
store. If we do not have more, plan on bidding if you really want that
item!
