PAYMENT

• Accepted payment methods are: Paypal, Money Order, and Official Bank Check.  Sorry, Personal Checks CAN NOT be accepted.  US buyers, if paying by Postal Money Order, please ensure that it is the pink (International) Money Order.

SHIPPING

• I am happy to combine shipping, wherever possible, for multiple purchases.  If multiple items are won, I will send your total to reflect combined shipping.

• All items are shipped via Canada Post.
• Estimated delivery times are as follows: 

           US Standard Shipping = 6 to 12 business days. 

           International Standard (surface) = 4 to 8 weeks.

           International Expedited (air) = 2 weeks.  

           Canada Standard = 2 to 9 business day.

• International buyers, please note you may be responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees as required by your country’s laws.

• If for any unlikely reason, there is a problem with your purchase (ie. not received or damaged), please let me know as soon as possible and I will work with you to make it right! 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Some countries have duties and or customs fees for imported items.  The buyer is responsible for any import fees incurred.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of any import restrictions for their own country, please do not bid on or purchase an item that is restricted or prohibited entry into your country.

A NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

• Canadian buyers may notice that postage can be more expensive to ship a small item within Canada than to the US or Internationally.  Canada Post explains it as an issue of supply, demand, and volume.  Canada is a very large country with a very small population, which makes it very costly to move mail around such a large area.  Why then is it cheaper to mail a small parcel to say California, or even China?  Well within Canada the full cost of moving the item must be bore by Canada Post.  Shipments to other countries are delivered by Canada Post to the border, and then handled by that country's Postal Service.  Shipments above 1 kg in weight become much cheaper to ship by Canada Post as the rates for a small item and for a bigger, heavier item pretty much remain the same.  For this reason I am always happy to combine shipping costs for multiple orders.
