We've been long time believers if you do it right, treat your customers with the utmost respect, be honest, love what you do and do what you love.....then it all falls into place.
We believe in simple, honest trading. Our goal is to keep eBay a safe place to shop. We want you to enjoy visiting our store in the comfort of your own home!
ABOUT OUR eBAY POLICIES
If you are unsure of something...Ask us. If you need something quickly...Tell Us. If you don't like something...Contact Us. Communication is the key to a successful relationship on eBAY.
We accept Paypal and all forms of electronic payments. We expect payment in 3 to 5 days from auctions end but we realize THINGS happen. Contact us and let us know. We are reasonable and easy to work with but again...it's that whole communication thing you read about earlier.
Packing is something we take pride in. We go that extra mile and wrap delicates in tissue, use bubble wrap, heavy duty boxes, bubble wrap, newspaper and did I say bubble wrap??? It think you get the point. What good is an antique that lasted over a hundred years so it can break in 10 days of travel time (or less of course :)
Feedbacks are something we all love and need. It's our report card on how well we are doing. We leave feedback yet it's important for us to know you are satisfied. SO, we wait until you recieve your item and once you leave feedback it tells us everything went well. We then leave feedback immediately thereafter. Again....very simple.
Not satisfied  , which we never like to hear but hey...it happens. Contact us immediately and tell us what's wrong. Don't leave negative feedback before giving us the chance to make it right. Again...there's that communication thing I talked about earlier.
