Our gang learning to tie flies

ACCESSeVENTURE

ACCESS is the school I teach at and this is my Electronic Venture.

I am a teacher, lure maker, and fly tier.

Fishing is my summer passion.

EBay sales began as a school economics project. We sold anything.

I still have student run auctions. Each semester the students create a little business.

Profits from the items made in school go to charities. We have bought toys for children at Christmas, donated to the Shriner’s Hospital, sponsored two children in Africa to attend school and three teachers who walked 60 km in

The Weekend to End Breast Cancer.

Many students now have their own eBay identities and all of them maintain a high positive rating.

This semester the project is called OUT OF AFRICA.
All of the items were purchased from Africa to help in their community. If we make any profits those funds will also be sent to Africa to help a couple of children go to school.
