Q. WHAT DO I DO AFTER THE AUCTION ENDS?

A. You will receive our confirmation letter within 48 hours with the instructions what to do next.

Our working hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm Eastern time. If an auction ends on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you will receive our confirmation letter on Monday. If you do not receive our email within 48 hours, please email us.

Q. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO PAY?

A. We accept MC/VISA/DISCOVER

We also accept money orders and checks but they must clear prior to shipping (approx. 10 business days and be received within 7 business days of the auction ending).

Q. IS IT A REPLACEMENT FOR THE DASHBOARD OR A STICK ON?

A. The dash kits are thin flat pieces (not molded, unless specified). They are about 1/12 of an inch thick with an epoxy coating and 3M adhesive tape backing. The pieces only cover certain places on the interior of your vehicle. This is not a replacement for the entire plastic dashboard of your vehicle.

Q. IS THE LEATHER KIT A SEAT COVER?

A. No, our leather kits are leather for the seats, headrest, armrest, and door inserts where you currently have cloth. These kits are used at new car dealerships when the vehicle does not come from the factory with leather. You have to remove the cloth from you seats and the leather is installed in its place.

Q. WHEN WILL I GET MY PRODUCT?

A. You will receive your product within 7-10 business days of your payment clearing.

Q. DO YOU HAVE EXTRA PIECES NOT SHOWN ON THE DIAGRAM?

A. Not all dash companies provide the same pieces within a kit. If you are interested in a special order, please email us.

Accessories R Us makes car interior trim products from natural materials. Please remember that lines, seams, and other variations in color or grain pattern are normal and appearance of the natural wood are not under warranty.

All leather kits including factory leather have some vinyl. The vinyl is used for strength and durability.
