All of our products are shipped by First Class mail, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground based on the weight, value of the package and delivery address. PO Box addresses can only be shipped by US Mail.

Approximate transport time is 2 to 6 days depending on location.

The shipping cost for Alaska and Hawaii is US $30.00(UPS 2nd Day Air) per battery.

Canada

Canadian orders will be shipped by USPS First-Class Mail International or Priority Mail International.

No tracking information is available when shipping packages by First-Class Mail International and Priority Mail International.

Package transit time normally takes some 10 to 15 business days, depending on the destination, holidays and various customs clearance as well as factors other than Postal Service's control.

The shipping cost of Canada does not include local taxes- PST, GST and HST

Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.

All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request through accurepublic@power198.com. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.

If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us through accurepublic@power198.com to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.

In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight. Return packages by C.O.D will not be accepted.

A replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect.

If expedited delivery service is requested, we will procure the desired service from UPS on your behalf. In the event of a refund, the shipping fee is not refundable under any circumstances except if the order is cancelled before shipping.

Please ensure that returned items are the ones that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any item sent to us that is not our product.
