PayPal is my only accepted form of payment. You DO have to have a PayPal account to pay me via PayPay. I am a PayPal Verified Business member so you know I am trustworthy! I expect payment within 3 days of winning or buying an item. If you can't pay within this time frame, all I ask is that you email me and let me know. I only want to know that you are going to pay.
I will accept refunds and give your money back or exchange an item ONLY if you return the item to me in the same condition as when you received it, NEW and UNOPENED. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges. I offer insurance, if you purchase insurance and an item is damaged when you receive it or if it gets lost in the mail, you can file a claim with the Post Office to get your money back. I am very careful in packing my items but if you don't purchase insurance, I am not responsible for lost or damaged items.

WHEN YOU PURCHASE INSURANCE, YOU CAN FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT IS DAMAGED. ALL OF MY PRODUCTS ARE BRAND NEW AND SEALED AND I PACKAGE MY ITEMS CAREFULLY. IF THE ITEM DID NOT LEAK OR SPILL BEING SHIPPED TO ME, IT SHOULD NOT DO THAT WHEN I SHIP IT TO YOU. I HAVE BEEN TRUSTING PEOPLE WHEN THEY SAY AN ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING--I WILL NOT DO THIS AGAIN. IF YOU DON'T PURCHASE INSURANCE--DO NOT ASK ME OR EXPECT AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND.

Feedback is very important on Ebay, I leave feedback for you as soon as you pay, I don't wait to leave it for you after you leave it for me! I would appreciate your feedback when you receive your item. Again, this is very important, it lets people know who they are dealing with and please be wary of people who have negative feedback ratings. I know you can't please everyone but I try really hard to do this and if there is a problem, please let me know before leaving negative feedback for me, I will work with you to get a problem resolved. I have been leaving feedback as soon as you pay but I am finding that people aren't leaving it for me when they receive their items so starting 6-16-06, I will not leave feedback for anyone until it is left for me when you receive your item(s). I am sorry to have to do this but it isn't fair to me.
