Exchanges and Refunds
We endeavour to supply
only the highest quality product and believe
you will be delighted with your product from
Adaptor Clothing. However for your extra piece
of mind all purchases are covered by our 14
day exhange or refund promise.So, if you are
unhappy with the product in any way it can
be returned to us following the steps outlined
below. We aim to keep the process as simple
as possible.
If you return the product in it's original
condition including tags & packaging,
we will refund you any money that you have
paid us for that product (sorry, but we don’t refund the charge made for the initial delivery to you), or provide you with
a same cost alternative if required. You will
need to pay for the return postage and the
cost of re-sending an alternative back to
you.
If you return an item back to us that is
faulty, which you did not order, or for any
other reason that is our fault, we will pay
for the cost of the reurn postage. If this
happens please contact us first and we will
let you know how you should send the item
to us.

and you will be issued with a returns number.
The returns number must be clearly marked
on the outside of the package sent back to
us. No returns will be accepted without this
number clearly marked on the outside of the
package. You can return your order in its
original condition, to the address below,
within 14 days of the date on your invoice.
You will be responsible for the item or items
until they reach us. For your own protection,
we suggest you use a secure delvery method,
one which requires a signature upon delivery.
Due to Health and Hygiene reasons we are
unable to accept returned underwear garments
unless they are faulty.
The above does not affect your statutory
rights.
Please note that items bought in ebay
auction formats (as opposed to ebay Buy It
Now) are subject to this policy at the discretion
of Adaptor Clothing.
Christmas shopping
exchanges
We hope that you will be doing some of your
christams shopping with us and we obviously
recommend that you do this as early as possible,
so that you can be sure to get the items that
you want for your friends and family. We obviously
dont want to penalise you for shopping early
so we have extended our normal exchange policy
for your christmas shopping purchases.
We obviously do hope that any items you buy
will be suitable, but if for any reason the
recipients are not happy with their gift,
we will be happy to extend our exchange policy
beyond the usual 14 days and we will deal
with any exchanges up to Friday 12th January
2007.
Complaints/Congratulations
We
welcome any comments about our service - we
obviously love to hear that we are doing a
great job (which we hopefully do most of the
time), but we also really need to hear if
things really do hit the fan. We depend on
you to tell us how we can improve on what
we our doing - so, don't be backwards about
coming forwards!
