SHIPPING/ DAMAGES??
Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges, as well as any charges incurred by the carriers.
Buyer is responsible for all re-delivery charges that may occur when buyer misses scheduled delivery appointment. All international customers are responsible for their own customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage, etc. We will not be responsible for any international customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage, etc.
We packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Nevertheless, damage may occur occasionally in transit. Any damage during shipment is the responsibility of the carrier; therefore the purchaser must do the following: (1)Any product for delivery or picked up should be inspected before signing. (2) If the damage is apparent upon receipt, accept the merchandise and notate the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn, or broken packing) on the freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification. (3)If you have signed but wihtout inspection, we assume you have received and inspected the merchandise to be in brand new condition. Signing invoice will void your liability. Customers must check all merchandise before signing.
WARRANTY/LIABILITY??
All products sold by Areo_Designs are sold S-ISto the customer. Areo_Designs does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. All products sold by Areo_Designs are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show purposes only. Areo_Designs is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. Areo_Designs will not be responsible for the customer actions.
Installation of Aerodynamics
All aerodynamics are manufactured with fiberglass unless otherwise noted. Due to the material used in production, the body kits will NOT Fit 100% Perfect.
These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, cutting, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with custom fiberglass body skill experience performing the installation. Regular collision shop should never be used. Refunds will not be issued due to Non-professional installation of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a product cost reimbursement will be considered. Areo_Designs will not be held responsible for any damages that occur on buyers vehicle during installation of any part. Buyer is responsible for any damages that occur to the vehicle during installation.
*AS YOU MAY KNOW ALL BODY KITS ARE AFTERMARKET PARTS AND IT REQUIRES A PROFESSIONAL INSTALLER WHO HAS DEAL AND WORKED WITH FIBER GLASS IN THE PAST.**
