As a customer, you are updated at all times on your purchase(s)

and most items are brand new from Aeropostale, Hollister, Abercrombie or Old Navy
retail stores located in the Chicagoland area.

Payment would be nice.
Sooner is better than later, which is waaaaay better than not at all.
Please do not bid if you have no intention of paying.
Acknowledgement of auction win is very much appreciated to
at least notify me of status of payment
(ie...check is in the mail.... it will be in the mail on tuesday.... I will pay you via paypal by friday.. it will be coming by messenger pigeon or wagon train)....

Acknowledgement of any auction win must be received
within 3 days and payment is to be received within
7 days (unless prior arrangements have been made) or you will run

Shipping
Shipping is most often a set rate for individual purchases and
will be adjusted for multiple purchases (see below). Item will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment, most often within
24 hours. This will be dependent on when your payment comes through & weekend/holiday/postal hours. Insurance is alway highly recommended, please note: Buyer assumes all risk if insurance is waived, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Available to all customers: If you're purchasing multiple items,
we will be more than happy to combine them into one package and
will adjust shipping cost for you.
I am unable to combine shipping costs after
you have already paid, so please wait for an invoice.
Please let us know if you will be purchasing more than one item or if you plan to look further,
as I like to ship quickly if you will not be looking further.

save us both time. Rates for combined shipping may vary,
depending on the weight of each additional item & it's destination.

If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of multiple purchases, your shipment may be delayed and we will begin considering you to
be a potential NPB, so will be spending time preparing NPB notices, instead of getting your order together.
To protect the innocent, ebay does follow through with the Non Paying Bidder policy and we support them in this.

RETURNS are NOT accepted because of buyer's remorse
or if the clothing "doesn't fit". Accurate measurements are always an email away
if not already in the description.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is defective
or if I have SERIOUSLY misrepresented the item
(meaning the item is not what was pictured).
Please remember, I am human, I am not perfect,
but I do try to do my best at accurately describing and measuring.
If I have supplied measurements for you, then they are accurate,
so PLEASE do not ask to return or exchange the item for that reason.
There is too much time and money involved taking pictures,
uploading them and relisting the item.
Measurements are provided in most auctions, please feel free
to confirm measurements with me prior to bidding,
as I may have duplicate items, so the exact measurements may vary slightly,
but most often if the measurements are in the listing, they are accurate.
If the measurements are not in the listing and you are unsure
of your size, PLEASE ask, I WANT the item to fit you.
Exchanges may be an option, at my discretion. If I decide to accept the item back, the buyer will cover all shipping charges. The item must be returned to me in the condition it left my hands, with tags attached, no exceptions. I do not own or nor want to own a 'tag gun'. I receive my items with the tags on and ship them to my customers with the tags, unless stated otherwise. Please give me the courtesy
of making the item available to others, in the condition that it was for you. The item MUST be received by us within 7 days of auction close.
**International Bidders**
International bidders are always welcome! Please be aware that shipping cost may be higher. Every effort will be made to keep it at a minimum.Combined purchases is always the most economical for international shipments. Forms of payment accepted from international buyers are: Paypal. Please contact me for shipping cost prior to sending the payment and understand that shipping time will be longer. If you would like insurance, just let me know and I can obtain a quote for you, if needed and not already covered.
**Winning Bidder**
Please let us know that you have received the item and are happy
with it by leaving positive feedback. We will reciprocate by leaving
you GREAT feedback as well, usually within a couple days of receipt of payment. Rest assured if the transaction goes smooth, you will be getting raving reviews. I always give credit where credit is due. MY goal is to have a smooth transaction every time. Please communicate with me if there are any problems, delays with payment or problems after receiving your item prior to leaving feedback and I will do whatever possible to reconcile the situation.
