We reside in Jacksonville North Carolina. We moved to Jacksonville to be closer to our nephew a Marine and his family. We firmly believe our customers come first and our goal is to insure that our customers are truly satisfied with our products. We offer a 100% money back guarantee if dissatisfied with each purchase (excluding shipping charges). All products are completely inspected before shipping.

If not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for authorization, within 7 day of receipt. We will issue you a refund upon receipt of returned items, minus the shipping charges. All boxed items must be returned in the original box and in good condition for a refund to be issued. 

We are sorry that we can not be responsible for lost/damaged items if insurance is declined. Insured items will be refunded upon completion of claim forms.

We usually ship within 2 to 4 business days of payment. Combined orders (must ship at the same time). We usually ship USPS Priority mail unless otherwise indicated. On Larger item we ship UPS or Truck. Insurance is recommended on all orders.

Please e-mail us when you are finished shopping, we will send combined invoice. If you pay in excess before invoice is sent a credit will be issued that can be used on future purchases.

We have a wide variety of high quality porcelain, ceramic and poly-resin figurines. Most of the items come in original boxes, they are noted in the listing if they are not in the original box.
