How do I purchase an item?

To purchase an item on eBay you either 1) need to bid on the item within an auction setting (and win the auction with the highest bid) or 2) click on the "Buy It Now" button in a fixed price setting. You will then be notified within 24 hours via email with instructions on how to complete the transaction.

What is your Shipping Policy?

Most items are shipped via UPS ground service. We normally ship each order within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.

What is your Return Policy?

Auction and Buy-It-Now items can be returned for a full refund (less shipping and handling fee) within 10 days of receipt provided: 1) you ship them back to us and 2)we receive them in new/unused condition. Please contact our office via email for return instructions and/or authorization prior to shipping.
