An ebay seller ships a used instrument to Agilent. Our technicians perform an initial fitness evaluation to determine if the instrument qualifies for Agilent Advantage Assurance. |

If the unit passes, we calibrate the unit to full production specifications. The seller posts the unit for sale on ebay. At the end of the listing period, we ship the unit directly to the winning bidder within 24 hours. |

In addition to receiving a unit calibrated by Agilent, the buyer is protected against the cost of repairs for the next year. |

If the instrument ever requires repair while covered under the Agilent Advantage Assurance package, the buyer receives a full calibration at no extra charge, to ensure the instrument is fully operational and meets specifications. |
