"It's Always Something"

Ever since Gilda Radner made that statement on Saturday Nite Live many years ago, it has been part of my conversational "filler."  I find it so handy when I really don't know what to say ... and it is so true.  If you've won some money, then your refrigerator dies;  if you sidestep a crisis, then another one quickly appears;  if your cat is healthy, your dog gets sick.  It's Always Something!

That is also why selling on Ebay is so much fun.  Sometimes we find a real "Treasure" when we are out gallavanting through garage sales, thrift stores and clearance sales.  It is the thrill of a good bargain, the hunt itself that is a real adrenalin charge.  Almost as good as scoring Triple 7s in Vegas!
