Industrial normal defect rate for new items is approximately a low 1 or 2 percents. To insure buyers' protection, buyers can return our item(s) within 7 days after item delivered if you are not satisfied or any other reason. 1. Item(s) returned for refund or exchange must shipped back with delivery confirmation dated within 7 days after package delivered, otherwise, no refund or exchange will be issued. All shipping and handling fees are non refundable. 15% open box item(s) fee will be applied for refund items for any reason. Buyer pay shipping cost back to us, we pay shipping cost back to buyer. 2. All refund or exchange packages must be shipped back with our return Form. No refund or exchange will be made without it. This return form is located at my "about us" page. |
