Back to previous page  Maple City e.mart MAPLE CITY E.MART Maple City e.mart is a click and mortar store located at 1360 South Main Street, Monmouth, Illinois.  Our goal is to provide services to our consumers and the community.  We have retail items that have been made at Achievement Industries and provide community placement. Maple City e.mart offers consignment services to the public. You may find scrapbook supplies, Stampin' Up!, dolls, collectibles, cosmetics, stepping stones, Ronald Reagan busts, Lincoln Busts, clothing, sporting goods, seasonal items, Maple City Pottery and many other things while visiting. We appreciate your time and hope you shop with us again. Warren Achievement Center, Inc. was founded in 1961 to provide an eduactional program for school aged children. As the number of children grew, so did their need for other services.  In 1970, the adult programs began with a sheltered workshop and developmental training for severely handicapped individuals.  In 1973, adult residential programs were opened.  Early childhood, in-home supports, transportation services and many other programs soon followed. Today, the corporation serves approximately 400 families with Family Suport, Respite, Early Intervention and Residential.  In addition, the transportation programs serves approximately 600 individuals in Warren and Henderson Counties.  The Center employs about 150 staff who maintain three shifts, 365 days a year.  The cost of operation is funded through multiple sources with the Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS) the primary funding source.  Other sources include fees, Warren and Knox County United Way and Illinois Department of Transportation.  We can be found on the web at www.warrenachievement.com Favorite Links Maple City e.mart Warren Achievement Center, Inc.
