Shipping
Orders paid for on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.  Orders paid for on a Holiday will ship the next business day.  Orders must be paid for by 3:00est to ship the same day.  This will happen 99% of the time, in some circumstances orders could be delayed an extra day.
 
Most orders will ship out with Fedex.  We also use UPS and USPS to ship.  In most cases a tracking # will be emailed to you after your order ships.

Northeast & Midatlantic (1-2 business days)
Southeast (1-3 business days)
Midwest (3-4  business days)
West (5 business days)
Northwest (5-6 business days)

Business days for shipping do not include Holidays, Saturday’s, or Sunday’s. 
**Free Shipping Offers and shipping rates in auctions only apply to customers in the Continental United States and are for Ground shipping only.

 If you are located outside of the Continental United States please email us at sales@aiautoparts.com for a shipping quote prior to bidding on an auction.

Payments
We accept the following forms of Payment

• Visa and Mastercard over the phone
• Money Orders
• Checks

If you do send a check please understand your item or items will NOT ship untill OUR bank says that your check has cleared and has been deposited into our account. If this is a problem for you please choose another form of payment.

Returns
aiAutoparts will gladly accept a new return that meets the following criteria.

• We receive the part back to us within 30 days of purchase.
• Please include all contact information and auction #.
• It is brand new and complete, not installed and in resellable condition.(this includes the package the part was in when you received it.)

We will NOT accept returns on the following: Electrical items, such as relays, switches, Alternators, Starters, Fuel Pumps, Air flow meters Repair manuals, Tools. Etc. We do not sell these parts as test pieces that can be returned if it doesn’t solve your problem. Parts that are missing pieces, packaging, instructions, hardware, or anything that would have come with it.

Credit will be issued the same way payment was made

Return Shipping charges.
If we make an error shipping the wrong product to you, we will pay the return shipping. If you make a mistake, the shipping is yours to pay.

Restock fee’s
15% on all returns
If the item shipped to you for free, the shipping charges will be deducted from the credit. If a return is due to a error on our part, we will NOT charge a restocking fee, and we will cover the shipping costs.

aiAutoparts is NOT responsible for labor claims or accidental/incidental damage claims do to a defect, or a wrong part being installed.Under no circumstances will these kind of claims be paid.

Warranty
Most items that aiAutoparts sell will carry a One Year free replacement warranty that is backed up by us. No need to find a manufactures email address or phone # Just email or call us with the auction #.

Lifetime warranty on Radiators, Alternators, Starters

Wear items such as filters, brake pads, wipers, light bulbs, carry a 30 day warranty.

aiAutoparts will cover the cost of shipping the new part to you, return shipping will be your responsibility including any shipping charges.
