Hello and Welcome!

I am a wife of an active NYC Firefighter and mother of 4 , and they are the reason why I started my business.  I am hoping to become a powerseller soon enough so that I may stay a watch over my children and work from home.

I have been in retail sales for many years and only recently have started seriously selling on Ebay.

As you can see from my high positive feedback I am striving to keep good customer relations and hope to see steady repeat customers. (I've only had one unhappy customer, hence the 99.6% feedback)

As stated in my listings, because I am a small business, I collece all my ebay orders and submit them once a week to my supplier.  Most of the time, I include any bead inquiries I receive in order to keep on top of business for faster shipments to my buyers. As long as I can get to the P.O. in time, I ship out packages the same day I receive them. 

I'm not perfect, and I do my best to get orders out to my buyers in time.  If problems come up, I contact my buyers to let them know the situation, and I do all I can in my capacity to make up for any mistakes or misunderstandings. I think my customer service is more than you can expect than any retail store you walk into, or mail order company.  

I hope that if any of my buyers ever have any problem with my items, or customer service, that they would contact me first for a reasonable solution before submitting negative feedback.  

 As my sales and customer base grow I look forward to offering lower retail prices.
