Pay with your credit card through PayPal. Money orders also accepted. Sorry but we don't accept personal checks.

All California residents will be charged 7.75% sales tax during the Checkout process.

     

If PayPal is your payment method, CATradingPost will ONLY ship to a PayPal confirmed address.

SHIPPING

Most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days after payment is received. Oversize or unusual shaped items may take additional time to allow for custom boxes to be made. A Tracking Number will be emailed to you at the time the package is shipped.

International items can take up to 15 business days to ship. All items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

We welcome and encourage international bidders. We strongly encourage you to fully understand the shipping charges prior to bidding. Please be advised that you are responsible for payment of the customs tax on the item. All shipping and handling questions should be addressed prior to bidding.

Any international bidder who does not make full payment for the auction and shipping charges will be reported as a Non Paying Bidder with eBay. International shipping charges are not up for negotiation. Please note that we do not ship surface mail to international destinations.

Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges.

For your protection, ALL items with sale price of $500.00 or greater will require signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to make sure that someone is present to sign for the package.

Please Note: We require all buyers to insure their items. Fees are based on prevailing industry rates: $1.20 for items that sell from $100.01 - $300 and $0.40 for each additional 100.00 of the sale price of the item. Insurance for items selling under $100.00 is free. Insurance will be calculated at the time of checkout.

CATradingPost takes great care and uses the latest technology to package every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a handling fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor.(this amount is included in the shipping total when you checkout). California residents will be charged 7.75% tax.

All items are boxed prior to listing and therefore we can't combine orders or offer items for local pick-up. Unless otherwise noted.

We do our best to present accurate and detailed information about every item we sell. We desire to provide strong customer satisfaction and a very positive experience for our customers. However, it is the responsibility of the bidder to carefully review all item photos and description and ask appropriate questions. If you have any questions, please email us at:

If a return is needed, the buyer must contact CATradingPost within 5 days of the receipt of the item to obtain an RMA number or a refund will not be granted. Once an RMA number is received, CATradingPost must receive the item within 10 days or the RMA will be cancelled permanently. Buyers are responsible for ALL return shipping and insurance costs. Insurance is required and must cover the eBay final sale price. Once received, we have the option to either replace the returned item or provide a refund. All returned items will carry a restocking fee (with a minimum fee of $5 and maximum fee of $75) unless the item is replaced or significantly not as described.*

*An item is significantly not as described if the seller clearly misrepresented an item in a way that directly affects its value or usability.

CATradingPost will leave negative feedback for any buyer leaving us unwarranted negative feedback and will block any bidder who abuses our Return Policy or who is a repeat non-paying bidder.
