• Once a bid has been placed, it is a legally binding contract of purchase
• Payment must be received within 4 working days of purchase
• If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase then a Non Paying Buyer Alert will be filed, and 10 days later a final fee credit lodged
• You will be notified on the day that your goods have been despatched via e-mail
• Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report the said damage within 24hrs via e-mail. If all is well please leave feedback, so we are aware that you have received your goods. Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via e-mail giving full details of any problem along with your user ID and the 5 digit reference number supplied on our original confirmation e-mail
• 7 days after we have despatched your order, if we have not been notified by you of any problem, or received feedback, we will send a feedback reminder.
• We will not accept any claim for loss or damage of goods reported after the 9th day following despatch.

• It is the customers responsibility to ensure that payment is received in the due time as listed above
• If paying via Postal Orders, please make them payable to C Cooper
• If sending cash, please send it recorded delivery only
• If paying by Credit/Debit card, please ensure that the card name and the address to which the card is registered is supplied fully and correctly. We will not ship the goods until we have a verifiable address on record. If your details supplied are not verified, you will be notified via e-mail within 48hr of supplying the information.

• All goods are sent either via Royal Mail second class post (up to 2kg) or Parcelforce 48 (over 2 kg). Certain post code in the Highland, Islands, and Northern Ireland, will incur extra charges for goods over 2kg full details are listed in the item. Please contact us before placing your bid for confirmation of the cost of carriage
• Goods will be despatched within 48 hrs of cleared fund, subject to the conditions listed in the payment section above.
• We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000), you have the right to cancel your order after receipt of goods. Under these regulations you have the right to return goods purchased from this site for a full refund subject to the following conditions:

• You must inform us by post, fax or e-mail within 7 days of receiving the goods, of your intention to return them. You must include the user ID and the 5 digit reference number supplied by us in our first confirmation e-mail.
• The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in undamaged stock condition suitable for resale
• You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods.
• The goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
