MISSION STATEMENT:

To sell quality jewelry and clothing items at prices that will provide great value to the customer.

All items are described as fully and completely as possible. 

For clothing items the manufacturer is named if that information is known and the label is still attached.  Knock-offs or fake merchandise are not sold.  If there is no label, that information is disclosed in the listing.  Most of the clothing items are from overstocked inventory and are not seconds or irregulars.  Any flaws are listed if they are apparent.  

For Jewelry items the following information is disclosed as applicable: type of gemstone, if the stone is cubic zirconia or other material, type of metal such as silver or gold or fashion jewelry.  No item will be claimed to be something it is not such as diamond when it is really cubic zirconia.

SHIPPING POLICIES:

Items are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receiving payment excluding weekends and holidays.  All items are mailed in plain white envelopes with delivery confirmation (in the US only).

All jewelry items are placed in a zip locked plastic bag and then in a gift box.  They are then mailed out in a bubble envelope.

All clothing items are mailed in a tear resistant poly envelope which provides protection against the elements.  Larger items and combined items are mailed in a USPS sturdy box.

COMBINED SHIPPING:

To qualify for combined shipping all items need to be paid for at the same time and purchased within a 7 day period.  Otherwise, eBay's system considers a paid item to be a completed transaction and won't allow it to be combined with other items for invoicing.

When combining items for shipping the cost for mailing the heaviest item is always tallied first.  Then, additional clothing items are added at $3 per item and jewelry items at $2 per item. 

FREE SHIPPING if the total of items purchased equals $100 or more.

Shipping and handling fees include not only the actual cost of postage but also the cost of packaging materials and administrative costs such as eBay and Paypal fees.
