WELCOME TO AJ'S DESIGNER FASHION CLOSET! 

I have been on Ebay now for 6 years. I first started my adventure as a buyer and in 2005 I decided to make an attempt at selling. I have come to enjoy selling items to people in Canada, the United States and  all over the world. Since I have been selling I have learned a great deal on selling and providing my customers with what they want. My main focus of merchandise is apparel for men, women and children. Designer labels and highly sought after brand names at a great starting price is what I try to provide to my customers. I mainly sell brand new merchandise, but I also at times sell excellent used apparel to satisfy all my customers needs. 

I am a Powerseller and hope to continue with this success. As a Powerseller, I take pride in my merchandise and providing great customer service to my clients. I normally try to ship within 24 hours, (unless you pay on a Friday as it won't hit the mail sorting station till Monday). If you have a question, I normally respond within the same day, as I normally check my computer many times a day!

AJ'S Policies

# 1 - To provide my customers with excellent customer service, to ship in a timely manner, and to endeavor to provide you with the merchandise that you are looking for.

#2 - Returns are accepted, however all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless there was an error in the listing. The item must be returned within 7 days and in the same condition that it left my store. Please note there are no returns on intimate items (bras, panties, lingerie or swimwear for hygenic reasons)

#3 - If you purchase more than one item, I will gladly multipack. my shipping special is located at the bottom of the page. Please note, shipping times to the US are difficult to determine as all items must go through US customs prior to delivery to you. Please bearin mind that these delays are out of my control.

#4 - I believe in fair trading practices, and try to run my business with integrity. I try to describe my ads fairly and honestly to ensure that you know exactly what you are purchasing.

#5 - Negative feedback and neutral feedback hurt us all. In all fairness, if you have a problem please contact me first to resolve any problems that my arrive.
